Never Again
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We've just had 18 months of absolutely appalling service. Call centre never answers the phone, emails are not replied to. I've been waiting for a bill for December last year for three months now. Today I got a threat of legal action. How can I pay if not informed? These people had the highest prices of any of my neighbours and the incompetence was breathtaking. Finally we're out of contract but I'd like to warn as many people as possible of getting involved with this shower. They are appalling.

Slow Bills But Accurate & Good Helpline
Business gas bills arrive are produced quite slowly but are accurate and the pricing is fair. Called the helpline today due to an issue with the online portal. Call answered within a couple of minutes. Spoke to Amber who took the time to resolve my queries and email invoices to me.

I was really frustrated and unhappy…
I was really frustrated and unhappy until I spoke to Wesley who really helped me through the process and explained what happened shouldn’t off he took it into his personal hand which he didn’t have to do to make sure my complaint was prioritised and that was resolved as soon as possible which it was solved with 24hrd really amazing customer service in the end andAndrew/Karen from AR who picked up the email right away and agreed to refund without hesitation.

I have been chasing an issue on our account for approximately 7months with no resolution. After speaking with Wesley O’Conner and Hannah Baxter the issue was resolved within 48 hours.

Horrible communications
Since June 2024, I have been communicating with SEFE about an enormous invoice I received in August 2024 based on rates of the previous occupants of the building I live in. Every time (after weeks of waiting) I get a different email address to have to write to. I really frustrates me how inefficient the communication is.

Our account with you has spiralled into…
Our account with you has spiralled into arrears as we did not receive notification our contract had come to an end. A standing charge of over £4.60 is tantamount to daylight robbery. We have been received 2 invoices at nearly three times the normal each. When I discussed this with your advisor I was told that because of our low usage, you would not consider renewing our contract.
