Paul Lawrence,Senior Corporate Account Manager from SEFE Energy is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely helpful and professional. I work for an energy consultancy company, and whenever we contact Paul, to ask for the billing for our Customers, he responds almost immediately and provides whatever is needed.I have never experienced such a high level of Customer Service from any other Providers.

I have been working closely with Debbie Worrall for the past year. She has gone above and beyond to ensure we received our refund, and helped me clear down and consolidate across numerous accounts. This was an extensive task that Debbie never once complained about and helped me get to the bottom of our issues. This was done efficiently and effectively with very little disruption to my usual working routine. This kind of help really doesn't go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated with all the hard work and effort Debbie has put into this for us. It was not an easy task, but she seen it out to the end and I will be forever grateful!

Absolutely dreadful. Customer service is non existent. Been waiting for a replacement meter for about 2 years.
Amr and meter send different information both claiming to be actual reads. Neither are correct. We have a business that has consistent work patterns, yet going by sefe ' actual' reads, our gas consumption is 7 times higher in some months than others.

We had an urgent request for a gas meter installation for a theatre that had a panto opening in less than a week. They were without heat and needed to get connected urgently or they couldn't open. SEFE worked with us to get the contract in place so that the meter could be installed. The meter was installed with 2 days to spare. It was a great result for our customer. Great service by Lauren Collier and Keelan Corrigan.
