I telephoned and sorted out the problem straight away.

My query was answered for me and sorted out.

Colossal waste of time. Made a payment, part of it was allocated to our account, part of it (£3k) still hasn't been 4 months down the line. I've been passed from person to person, with no one person able to explain why the funds haven't been allocated, and then being told my account is overdrawn. SEFE energy, sort your act out. Warning to others - don't bother. There are better things to do with your time.

We had been a customer up until February 2024 when we vacated our rented office. Today, I have just had a call from you chasing up money owed on unpaid bills from November 2024. I explained that we had moved out and closed our account by then. The lady on the phone confirmed this but said she'd had no success trying to contact the new account holder, so did a google search of the address and came up with our name, so thought she'd try to get the money out of us!! I find this pretty disgraceful TBH. If the account is closed, what sort of scummy company tries to tap us up for someone else's debt? Certainly hope we hear nothing more from them!

And no, I do not wish to contact you about a closed account believe it or not! You shouldn't be chasing money from a different account to someone totally unrelated - you even gave me the company name, which surely is a breach of data protection!!

The SEFE website is clear and has all the information I look for regularly, including detailed usage. I have always found SEFE customer service advisors to be helpful and courteous. Sadly we now have to leave it as our gas usage is too low for SEFE to supply.

Just do your job and stop making mine difficult and the new tenants life a nightmare. This has being going on for nearly 8 months

Faulty meter issue that they didn't want to know about as it was reading in their favour. They refused to check the meter. Changed to another supplier who checked and replaced the faulty meter. Sefe still wouldn't amend their billing as we didn't get a meter analysis report when the meter was changed. Obviously they didn't tell me this requirement in the first place and as we are not meter experts, had no way of knowing this was required. Found them extremely unhelpful. All they want is to maximise profit and only help where is is a benefit to themselves.
