They tell you that service calls are included when you replace a battery but they charge you just the same. In September I was at BER. I had a second laptop in my hand luggage that didn't belong to me and had to be extra careful with it, that's why I asked the Securitas guy to leave it on top of my rucksack while going through security, like many other times done before. He instead placed the laptop on the bottom of the tray and smashed my rucksack on top of it. I was disappointed, told the guy "Hey, what are you doing? I just told you the laptop is not mine!" The guy just ignored me. When I asked for his name, he didn't give it to me and laughed right at my face. A co-worker of his came to his rescue. The guy put on a glove and opened my rucksack, as if he was going to go through it. He looked at me defiant, because he had my bag, so I was to fear him. Someone else inspected the bag, which, of course, was just fine. The laptop? It's lost some paint on one corner. I can prove nothing, because they have my cell phone, too, when going through security.

Je voulais être cliente de securitas mais j'ai changé d'avis en lisant ça, hallucinant, respecter les lois de la charia ? Mais nous sommes en France !

Trois agents qui ont refusé de valider ces règles auraient même été licenciés, alors que eux affirment avec raison que ce texte est hors la loi :

Ben je sais pas, je suis morte, j'étais une femmes et un homme de chez securitas a refusé de me sauver parce que chez eux, c la charia qui gouverne un tas de stupides arriérés fanatiques islamistes. Securitas procharia, dégage!

We reported an urgent issue with our CCTV system on Thursday, yet a technician only attended on Tuesday, which is unacceptable for a security-related problem.

During the visit, we were told that the DVR and two cameras needed to be replaced and that a report would be shared. No report or follow-up was ever provided, and the system remains non-operational.

To make matters worse, despite the issue not being caused by us, we were later sent a quotation of £2,341.98 for the replacement of the DVR and cameras. This came without any written explanation, fault report, or justification. Frankly, this feels unbelievable.

The lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability from a company operating in the security sector is deeply concerning. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Securitas.

Sehr Schlecht. Ignorieren Kündigungen. Sehr schlechter Kunden service. Kein einblick im eigen geschäft. Man muss sich eher gegen Securitas sichern.

Absolutely terrible company, do not sign up with them. They make it impossible to call for service, and then they make it impossible for you to cancel after your contract is up! How is this even legal in Canada??? They need to be reported.

Ons klavier is stuk gegaan na 3 maanden wachten hebben we het opgezegd maar ondertussen waren we nog steeds aangesloten brandalarm ging af en deden niets geen meldkamer niet hebben zelf moeten bellen en kregen te horen dat ze niks konden doen we kregen zelfs te horen dat we het klavier zelf moesten vervangen wat voor service is dit dan naar de mensen toe u huis zou afbranden en ze doen niks !!!!!

Je suis à l'étranger, avec un systeme d'alarme et une pseudo assistance à Bxl, ils me téléphonent pour dire qu'il y a une alarme dans le salon, sans m'en dire plus et c'est moi qui dois agir pour envoyer quelqu'un et comprendre ce qui se passe, après, jeu de ping-pong pong entre service technique et centrale et personne n'agit, ils ne parlent même pas un français correct... vraiment des incapables...
