10 weeks now without Broadband for my…

10 weeks now without Broadband for my business. How hard is it to deliver a router I have no idea what Sky playing at. Customer service keep saying they’ll resend 2-3 working days everytime and a week passes no Router.

This has now been with the “Complaints Priority team” for 2 weeks and still nothing!

I will keep posting 1 * until this is resolved, absolutely disgraceful customer service

Sky Business Incompetent Admin

I left Sky Business (broadband and landline) on 9th October 2025 after my contract expired to join Virgin Media. I informed Sky of this in advance by phone and they acknowledged my decision and sent me instructions on how to return the equipment. I completed this by the 24th November 2025 as requested.

That should have been the end of it but 4 months later I'm still getting emails thanking me for choosing Sky Business together with an ever increasing invoice for ongoing service - They still haven't closed the account.

I've contacted them 6 times now to point out that I'm no longer a Sky customer (I don't even use the socket as Virgin is fibre) but each time keep getting the same AI generated email saying that they've been trying to contact me - presumably on the now-defunct landline because I haven't received any calls or letters.

Life's complicated enough without Sky. My advice is go somewhere else.

Finally left Sky business when my…

Finally left Sky business when my contract was nearly up and paid an early
They never provided the service they promised but couldn’t be bothered to argue the toss. Cancelled and paid all outstanding fees due and returned 2 ! Sky hubs in the packaging provided.
Now they are chasing me for outstanding cost of hub they say not returned!
Have called twice and on both occasions told that they cannot even find by account number but to ignore the invoice .
But we all know how this will go . They will finally pass debt to collection agency who will waste mine and their time with aggressive letters . I will tell them to put up or shut up. They will take me to court , I will show proof of the returns and win .
This is why people should think twice about doing business with companies who view customer service as an inconvenient annoyance and merely pay lip service to it .

Not even worth one star. If you want a lagging, broken broadband with a "4g guarantee" which is basically a lie, go ahead with this bunch. If you have a problem you end up talking to people in a call centre in India who are all very nice and polite but they often cannot understand what you're saying. This is corporate greed at its worst.

Terrible, Cheap but avoid


Sky Business Broadband router was returned with proof of collection from royal mail it was collected on on the date stated and in the returns package provided. Now Sky Business has lost it and trying to charge me for it.
No UK support, its all Indian call centres and they are now trying their best not to provide a complaints reference number so you can get a deadlock letter and escalate it to the regulator. Its still ongoing....

As a retailer

As a retailer, both instore and online, we rely heavily on our Sky Business Broadband connection to function as a business. You would think that a company supplying business customers, Sky would understand how important their service quality is. But alas, the truth is they simply don't care.

We contacted Sky via email in November to inform them that we would be moving business premises in January and needed to relocate our Broadband connection. We kept getting hung up on when we called so we sent them an email explaining everything and asking for their help. They responded by asking us to call them. Which we did... and guess what? Back to square one.

After trying this approach a few times and getting nowhere, we sent an email explaining everything again and asking them to call us. Guess what? We had an email saying they had tried to call us and could not get through. Well they are our telephone provided too so any problems with the line would be their fault! We tried this approach a few more times, which resulted in similar emails. Only this time, they had tried to call us out of working hours. Hardly surprising that there was no one there to answer.

We sent numerous emails asking for help, explaining in detail what we need from them and every attempt was blocked by what can only be described as a shambles of a company. Customer Service is clearly an alien concept to the people at Sky.

So now we find ourselves in January and are in the process of moving premises. We are due to open our new store on Friday this week and Sky still have not made any attempt to help. We can not open without a reliable broadband connection and we will begin incurring irrecoverable costs. It is clearly time to cancel our direct debit payment to Sky and consider the contract null and void - because they have breached their side of the contract.

There are many other providers out there and surely none can be as bad as Sky have been. We have had nothing but trouble since day one and after twelve months, we still can't even access our account online because of a mistake Sky made during set-up.

If you are a business considering Sky as a provider - our advice is don't. Carrier pigeons are faster and more reliable than Sky - and their communication skills are far superior too!

Business Mobile service not fit for purpose

Accepting Sky Business Mobile’s SIMs was my biggest business mistake of 2025.

SIMs were delayed, there is no eSIM option, and activation repeatedly failed. Calls routinely went through 3–4 departments because agents could not find the account. Even the so-called dedicated Business Mobile helpline (03337 597 590) regularly routes callers to Sky Home TV or broadband teams.

Email support can take up to 10 working days for basic replies, and in my case a Business Mobile issue was wrongly redirected to Sky Home. Despite repeatedly asking to raise a formal complaint, agents simply apologised and transferred me elsewhere — no one took ownership.

For a business service, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable. The time lost dealing with support far outweighs any headline savings. I would strongly advise other businesses to choose a more reliable provider.

If I could give no star I would

If I could give no star I would . We are a small hair salon and Christmas is our busiest time of year . Our WiFi went down a week ago leaving us eight no booking system or card machine and telephone . After a week of hopeless calls same with every one , video the wires , what lights are on wait up to 2 hours . Promises to call me back to check all is working- not once have I been called back . Still 6 days to Christmas and we have no phone system though. Do not use SKY business if you want to keep sane !!!

Shit connection

Shit connection, very bad for business use. If you don’t want to loose customers don’t go with sky they tel you the facility but don’t respond you when needed not giving you a good connection. Shit shit service. Zero rating

Sky business broadband horrendous!

Absolutely useless in so many ways. Could not provide full broadband in the work place. Therefore when the contract was up we left to go with EE then sky wouldn't have the number transferred across and so we were back and forth trying to get it sorted was also told not to cancel the contract because we will lose the number. We had EE providing broadband and phone line from the very last day of our contract with sky. Yet there asking us for 2 months payment!!! For what ??? We have been paying EE and was told by sky not to cancel yet we're charging us each day not to cancel stay away from them. Will never go back to them every again for home or workplace and will be sure telling alot of people also! Although it seems everyone has a negative experience
I also have raised a complaint and low and behold the useless guy on the phone hasn't even done that !! Christmas time so unable to spend house on the phone at the moment because it's too busy! Absolute joke the lot of them

Dreadful experience

I was advised by Sky that business broadband would provide a better and more reliable service than their home broadband. They provided a dongle which they said would take over and provide continuous connection when the router went down. This was not the case - the business broadband performed worse than the home broadband in terms of speed and connection - the dongle did not kick in and take over to provide continuous connection. Complete waste of money. When I called, several times, to voice my concern they were not at all interested. I paid for this for a year (contract) and did not use it as the performance was dreadful - I used my home broadband which performed better. I have now cancelled this.

Shockingly bad service from Sky Business

I’ve genuinely never experienced a company so difficult to deal with. Sky Business has wasted an unbelievable amount of my time with constant delays, poor communication and zero accountability. Every time I contacted them, I was promised an update that never arrived. Weeks turned into months, and the simplest issues became battles.

Trying to raise a complaint was another marathon. It shouldn’t be this hard to get basic service from a company that charges premium prices. The lack of professionalism and care is honestly staggering.

I wish I had seen these reviews before signing up, because I would never have gone anywhere near them.

I’m posting this so other businesses know what they’re getting into before committing to anything. Sky Business needs a serious overhaul in how it treats customers. I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere.

Account Termination because of erroneous Transfer

Sky informed me they were sorry I was leaving, I contacted them and asked what was going on. Someone was trying to slam my account via OTS .

I have tried everything I can to resolve the situation, but Sky Business have been absolutely useless, tell me that it is my problem and I have to find out who has instigated the takeover. They constantly tell me OTS doesn't work on business lines and I must be using a residential line.

I spoke to the person dealing with my complaint as I hadn't heard anything to be told an investigation had been completed last Friday, but had left me hanging over the weekend.

I have a contract for services till September 2026 which up to this point I had no reason to change.

As a resolution to loosing my account, they have generously offered to waive the early termination fees.

Looks like we finally have a resolution and a goodwill payment.

Do not get sky broadband worst provider ever lost my original number said they can't do anything about it if I want it back will have to leave sky still in talks with another provider to get my old number back and the broadband in my business keeps going off do not sign up with them

We signed up for Sky Business Internet and had it installed within a week. We couldn't login, so we called them and they said there was an issue with all users being able to login to business, so we can't make changes, add devices or get invoices.

I phoned back last month, same story. I phoned back this month, three months since they started taking money (full price!) and after a 20 minute hold, they said there is still an issue; that no one can login.

How can a business that needs internet, (like any business), possibly use Sky Business Internet when they can't give you internet? There is no date as to when this will be fixed.
