It was a great experience having Dr Mike and his team. The one on one coaching, tailor made diet plans made my fat loss journey felt like a breeze. The methods Dr Mike and his team promotes a healthy balance of diet, workouts and daily habits. The weekly call with Dr mike also helped me a lot to dig into any mind set issues or answering any questions. He spends a lot of time with each of us.
When I travel, they even help me to look at menu at the restaurant i was going. They gave me a travel friendly diet plan.
I then signed on for another 16 week for bulking. And gaining 6kg of muscle, looking and feeling 10 years younger.
My goal now is to be able to do muscle ups, run a marathon and participating in hyrox. All is possible.
Of course, with all that said, it's all about having discipline and doing all the work myself. My body, my responsibility. Blame no one.
The strategy works, 100%, it's all about following through.

Don’t waste your money on this program. You are not going to have Dr. Mike as your coach. They will pair you with a so called coach/doctor and they don’t know anything. They are not using the same principles that Dr. Mike is using. My coach doesn’t even listen. His food options suck. They just communicate with you through WhatsApp. I hate even communicating with my coach just annoying. He sends a weekly video of a bunch of rambling. They also have a weekly Monday Zoom meeting that is scheduled during work hours. It’s just a question/answer session that seems like a Weight Watchers meeting. Most of the participants are really obese. Just a waist of time and money.

To clarify a few points, our team is made up of licensed medical doctors, and we’re always happy to share credentials with any current or prospective clients upon request. Transparency is very important to us.
The program you were enrolled in was a text-only support option, and the weekly Q&A call you referenced was added as a bonus at the time. We understand that the timing of that call didn’t work for everyone, and it’s unfortunate that it had a negative impact on your experience. Based on feedback like this, we’ve since discontinued that program. The only program we now offer includes multiple weekly Mastermind calls scheduled in the evenings, both during the week and on weekends, to better accommodate different schedules and time zones.
Our clients come from many different backgrounds and body types, and not everyone starts from the same place. What matters most is that each plan is fully tailored to the individual, whether someone is aiming to lose a small amount of body fat, undergo a larger transformation, recomposition, or focus on building muscle and long-term health. You can see a wide range of outcomes reflected on our website.
That said, I’m truly sorry this wasn’t a positive experience for you. I wish you had reached out to our head coach, Dr. Zino, or to me directly while you were still in the program. We’re always open to feedback and are committed to finding solutions so our clients feel heard and supported.
