Oh, what a godsend! At 68 with a weight that creeped up to 200lbs, a lung issue that the lung specialist said I will have for the rest of my life and the feeling of being tired and weak, I was looking to lose some weight and to somehow strengthen my body.
Though my coach is Dr Penelope, I have access to all the coaches if ever I have a question. Once I send a question someone of them will respond. The food suggestions replenish my body, the exercises provided for my success is created with eagle-eyed precision, targeting and strengthening specific muscles of the body.
I have completed 16 weeks, lost 25 pounds and the lung issue (which is a huge bonus) is no longer there. Since my lung doctor has no explanation for it, I can only give credit to the Sculpt By Science team. It’s been a while since I’ve moved around with such agility. I am much stronger now and am beginning to see some contours on my body.

Sculpt by Science is probably one of the Best things I ever spent my money on.
I’m a 21 year old girl working in the Fashion Industry as a Model. In this industry the way you look is really important, Sculpt By Science was the ONLY institute I found that was actually teaching me how to achieve my dream body. I don’t know about you but to me it’s worth every cent. :)

I had be struggling to lose body fat for a long time, I just couldn't seem figure it out. I was going to the gym and intermittent fasting and still couldn't shred my belly fat. But after joining Sculpt By Science, in a little over 8 weeks, I lost 17lbs. I could start seeing my abs again. I was eating a lot more and the weight was just falling off. Dr. Kelsey has been checking in with me daily since the very beginning and has pushed me further than I ever thought possible. At 36 years old, I’m now in the greatest shape of my life- even better than when I was younger. Sculpt by Science has not only improved by nutrition to achieve my weight loss goals, but has also improved my sleep hygiene. The regular check-ins keep you accountable which is key to achieving your goals. The coaches are great and always on hand to answer any questions and provide guidance. This is my third year on the program and I’ll highly recommend it to others looking to improve their overall health and wellness.

I worked with SBS coach Max Linley from April 2025 to November 2025 and in that six-months we were able to take me from 23.1% body fat, down to 9% bodyfat (Dexa-Scan verified). His programming and approach to get the results we did was predicated on my weekly macros, measurements, weight metrics, photos, and my feedback on how I was feeling. Weekly check-ins kept me honest and on track. I am beyond thankful and grateful to Max and the team at Sculpt by Science for getting me in better shape at 52 than I was in at 25!!

I’m a busy professional, and my body doesn't respond to workouts the same way it used to. I’ve watched Dr. Mike Diamond's videos for a few years before finally getting help. I realized I didn’t know what to do or what to eat. Now I know what to eat when to eat and how important sleep is. I believe this to be a great investment in myself.
