Really great workout program built with exercises that you can modify based on your equipment available, and also accommodate any injuries and/or rehab you have. I also love that Built with Science pairs nutrition with workouts as they do go hand in hand, and the nutrition app breaks down your micros so you can see where you are hitting your targets and where you are lacking. Also very important is the education they provide to partner with it all, pairing the scientific knowledge that helps people be successful in their journey. I have been in great shape most of my life but I hit perimenopause and a couple significant injuries that knocked me off track and this built with science app has helped getting me back on track and introduced me to some great new exercises I might not have learned into on my own. I am really looking forward to hitting my weight and body fat targets over the course of this coming year!!! 😁💕

I've utilized BWS for years now and have seen the progression from an excel spreadsheet to the now-current app. I must say, this is still the best workout app that I've seen on the market in comparison to what all of my active friends utilize. I travel quite a bit, so find it very easy to utilize the "substitute workout" function so that way I'm still working out the same muscle group and progressing. Regardless, this is just a great overall life app. I've lost over 90 pounds with all of the tips and calorie recommendation. App is definitely 5 stars, especially because the devs are constantly adding quality of life improvements.

Everything about this app is great from being able to customize your workouts to tracking you food intake. It was alot at first now it is just seccond nature. It helps me keep my workouts in line and my calories where they need to be.

I am really loving this app and have been using it for a month now. For someone who really didn’t have much of an idea at all about weights and how to use them I feel like I’ve advanced so quickly and the form videos are extremely helpful! Have also entered my recipes in so I can easily enter my intake without calorie counting because again, I have no idea about calories - but the app can manage it all for me. Thanks for making a great product - I just switched to the annual plan. So worth it.

I've been a gym rat for 30 years. Over the last 5 years, I've gradually became complacent. After watching Jeremy and Built With Science on YouTube, I gave the BWS+ app a try. Usually I detest these types of apps. They are usually tedious and clunky. The BWS+ app however, is extremely well done, easy to use, and intuitive. In addition to the app and the program, customer support is off the charts. When you email BWS+ customer support, you will get an actual answer from someone who actually cares about making your experience the best it can be. If you want to up your gym and nutrition game, give BWS+ a try. Last thing I'll say...the price point of BWS+ is also 2nd to none. You can go out for a single meal for two people, or you can get an entire year of personalized training and nutrition; should be an easy decision.

As a PT trying out the app (as recommended by a client and to see what the latest technology is capable of), I am pretty impressed. The layout works well and the exercise collection and program design is decent leading to results. I personally prefer keeping pen to paper progress notes, but this will definitely appeal to those more in tune with or who have a love for tecnhnology/phones. Keeping track of the workouts and nutrition certainly provides an endorphin hit which keeps you at it and on track. The AI assistant provides fairly solid information and recommendations as it can checkout your current exercise and nutrition results and advise you on your next steps. All in all, if you are motivated and disciplined on getting to where you want to be, and find it a inconsistent challenge to get there, this app can certainly make it easier for you and guide you in the right direction. That being said, I would work with it alongside a PT so they can advise you on the intricacies of body positioning, correct muscular engagement and perfecting exercise form. ..........Almost forgot ........ on the occasions where I have reached out to customer service, it has been spot on with replies and matters resolved within 24-48 hours!

The app is really all rounded coz it provides science based data and simplifies your workout routine, I can’t wait to get started and am a huge fan of Jeremy Either too.

I'm an intermediate lifter who's tried just about every fitness app on the market. Built With Science + is exactly what I've been looking for. The biggest thing for me is the variety of workout plans and exercises you can pick from. BWS+ makes it easy to swap exercises mid routine or take on a whole new workout plan tailored to your experience level, available days, and areas of focus. This combined with the nutrition tracker makes it a one stop shop.

As of this morning, I've reached PR's that I never thought imaginable. All my lifts are increasing, I've dropped in body fat %, and according to my wife I look fitter than ever.

I've been using BWS+ for 8 months now, and it's honestly the first fitness app that's helped me stay consistent long-term. I'm in my mid-30s, and I've had plenty of periods where I'd work out for 2–3 months before losing motivation and falling off.

I've been emailing for a refund for an unusable subscription (I am disabled and didn't know I would be unable to do the exercises included), and I've heard nothing back despite 3 emails. I need the refund to pay for other things that might help lessened my pain.
