Sculpt by science has helped me improve my overall health and body composition within just 4 months. I initially weighed 195 lbs and now have reduced my weight to 170 lbs. I feel much more confident, lighter, and healthier. I’ve also made huge improvements from lowering my BMI, Body Fat % and Visceral fat. Both Dr. Payan and Dr. Michael Diamonds provided me the education and structure to make the noticeable progression to get where I am now. Although this program requires a considerable investment, it is well worth it for serious clients. I’m very grateful and happy with my results, and I look forward to continuing this journey.

Dr. Mo was amazing. I received a well-structured exercise and nutrition plan to build muscle, and the app made it simple to track my progress.

I started this program because I hated what I would see in the mirror and I wanted better for myself health wise. I was skeptical at first but I am being proven time and time again that Dr Mike and the team are professionals and know exactly what they are talking about. Within 2 months I am already down a healthy 30lbs with 10 more months left of this program. I can see this being one of the best investments I made in my life pertaining to fitness and health. Ever since joining them I have had a proper insight into the weight loss journey and how to manage my expectations, diet and exercise to sustain this as a life style.
You will have to do work yourself and they are not going to come to your house to ensure outcomes lol. But the guidance, the education their availability and knowledge about the process and how to switch gears and exactly when to do that is quite precise and medically backed and supported by science.
It is an investment in your self and if you believe you are not ready to commit then do not go for it because a lot of the burden of the plan and sticking to it will be all you that would be my two cents to anyone new joining.

I’ve had an incredible experience with Sculpt by Science. In just 3 months, my A1C dropped from 6.2% to 5.4%, and I lost 25 pounds. The transformation has been so noticeable that people constantly ask me what I’ve been doing.

One of the biggest strengths of the program is the consistent interaction with my coach, Dr. Payan. Whether through WhatsApp messages or weekly Zoom calls, he was always accessible and engaged. The detailed feedback he provided on my workout videos made a huge difference. His knowledge of anatomy and how he applies it to proper workout form is exceptional — he doesn’t just tell you what to do, but explains why it matters.

I also appreciated the structured weekly progress reviews and the thoughtful adjustments made along the way. Instead of a one-size-fits-all plan, the program evolved with my progress, constantly pushing me to improve my lifestyle in sustainable ways.

I’ve been working with the Sculpt by Science team for about 6 months and I’ve been able to obtain the results I was looking for. Great mobile app for tracking and guidance from my coach. Will continue to work with the team in the future.

I didn’t just change my appearance working with Sculpt Science—it helped me improve my overall health and completely reshape my habits. I got leaner, built muscle, and developed sustainable routines around how I eat, sleep, and exercise. One of the most meaningful changes was walking, which has now become a daily habit. I walk at least 10,000 steps every afternoon, and it has had a powerful impact on my well-being.

I started my health and fitness journey in January 2025. I joined the Sculp By Science 16-week programme in August 2025, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

At 55 years old, I’ve reached my ideal weight of 75kg — the same weight I was when I was 21. That’s 43kg down from my heaviest 🤦‍♂️

What really made the difference was the support throughout the programme. The SBS App is excellent, with a vast amount of content, guidance and especially the video demos (warm ups, each individual exercise, cool down and stretching).

A special shout out to Dr Mo was there every step of the way, offering guidance and encouragement exactly when I needed it. Dr Zino is absolutely inspirational and an invaluable member of their team. Then the main man himself Dr Michael Diamonds’ who holds the weekly mastermind sessions which for me were absolutely key — they kept me accountable, focused, and confident that what I was doing was sustainable long term and I was able to ask any questions (I had many). Dr Mike also recommended audible books for me each week, which have had a huge impact on me and have completely shifted my mindset.

Beyond the weight loss, the changes have been far deeper. I’ve achieved my weight goal without ever feeling hungry, I’m sleeping better than I have in years, and I’ve even learned to meditate — a complete game changer. Most importantly, I now feel equipped with the tools and knowledge to maintain my fitness and wellbeing for life. I'm also part of the SBS community forever more 😊

I found this program on YouTube. The Sculpt by Science program has been instrumental. I have been on the program for 5 months now and have lost 22 pounds. I haven't been able to see this weight in about 18 years. I played sports in the past and tried many different programs. I saw some results, but nothing was long-term. Having Dr. Angela as my daily accountability Coach has been a game changer for me. Especially during those key times/days/weeks where I ran into road blocks. The motivation mentally, physically, and during setbacks has been pivotal. The program being based on my biomarkers is key, because we are all uniquely different. I know now the necessary things to continue my results. I have made a lifestyle change and I'm still in the program for the next level of results. My coach, Max, is amazing. He knows what's going on with me before we talk about it. He is always available to answer my questions and he keeps me on track.

My experience so far with the program has been amazing. I originally inquired about the SBS program due to a problem i had with hypertension + bad sleep and i wanted to first try and resolve it naturally.

My progress so far has been quite impressive. I got paired with Dr Zino as my coach and she has been great. Dropped about 7-8 kg since the beginning of my journey and my BP also dropped quite significantly as a result of all the new lifestyle habits.

1 on 1 calls with both Dr Zino and Dr Mike have been highly motivating and looking forward to the end result.

But overall for me its worthy of 5 stars

I found Dr. Mike on YouTube. I liked his message and personality and thought I would give it a try. He trained me personally. My results blew me away. He was patient with me but held me accountable. I struggled with my diet and specificity of my workouts. I went from 24% body fat at nearly 200lbs down to 14% body fat and 164lbs. I was able to meet him in person at MasterMind seminar. As well as my other personal nutritionists Dr. Zino and Dr. Max. The entire team is like family to me. Absolutely would recommend to anyone struggling with stubborn body fat and being consistent with diet and exercise.

Dr Kelsey is amazing. I am so happy to be working with such a thorough and caring panel of doctors. This program has really helped me tap in to the underlying triggers that have been holding back my Weightloss. They completed a thorough review of my medical history and lifestyle before designing a program that has already helped me to be 6lbs down in my 1st month. I see changes in my body composition, sleep and muscle mass already. Even beyond this program I will be using what I have learned to live a healthy lifestyle.

Sculpt by Science has been an absolute game changer for how I approach food selection. I have dropped 12 lbs in 8 weeks. I even lost 1/2 a pound while on a 7 day cruise!! The team’s fantastic. We have a community that is very supportive towards each other. My goals were to get in the best shape of my life and I’m inching closer to that day by day dropping from 187 pounds to 160 in a matter of months. They’ve taught me healthy habits and how to get the best out of my nutrition. My coach Dr Mo gets on my ass quite a bit in a way that resonates with me. Seriously helps me stay accountable.
