AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute cowboys. Threatened and swearing at me down the phone, had to wait over 2 hours after landing to receive my keys kept telling me 5 minutes. All the other reviews about this company are true the people that drop your keys off literally look homeless. On top of that came back to my car to find the inside had been thoroughly ransacked! Glasses and aftershave/perfume stolen. They also go by another company called iparking apparently. Even the staff at Gatwick said they have these issues with these people all the time.

Service was terrible, one hour late to pick up and drop off the car, staff were ignorant and rude to the all the people who were waiting an hour or more. Service promised to be provided 20-35 minutes yet are always over an hour late. Thoroughly do NOT recommend.

If I could give no stars it would be too high... Clueless.
Followed their instructions, but I'm not sure they knew which day of the week it was. Getting the car picked up was very slow with no clear instructions and involves just hanging around in the car park by the lift.
Collecting was worse, several phone calls, all answerphone except one,,
They clearly were not expecting me / had no staff? said they would call back - never did, so had to wait over 30 minutes hanging around in the car park again (we guessed by the lift) not knowing if/when the car would be coming.
No return instructions given on the booking confirmation (just collect from Level 5), but I found a ticket in the door pocket with detailed instructions..!!!!
I assume they should have given me that when I left the car. ?
Absolute chancers, unprofessional simply does not cover it. How / where they could possibly get a 4.5 star rating on the Compare Gatwick Car Park web site is beyond me.

Never ever again!
Calling for over 40 mins then waited longer to get the car dropped off.
On return took half hour to answer the phone then an hour and 15 mins to turn up!!! Waiting with 3 kids - didn’t really care, just walked off. Absolutely shocking

For my flight out, despite giving 35 minutes warning of my arrival they took 40 minutes to arrive (on top of the 35 minutes) which meant I was having to run for the plane with my two young children.

When I came to pick up my car the number provided went straight it answer phone. Then I struggled to understand the instructions from the person who eventually called me back (20 minutes later) who then took 50 minutes to bring back my car. He parked across 2 disabled bays, couldn't find my car keys for over 10 minutes, spilled his Monster drink all over my front seats, someone had been through the middle storage unit in my arm rest and taken out some of the snacks and there was a warning light showing 'check brake system' and the brakes barely worked.

It was appalling service and quite frankly dangerous for me to drive home. I've no idea what was done to the brakes but my car isn't safe to drive. It was in perfect condition when I dropped the car off and had just flown through it's MOT so this was an issue they must have been caused by one of the drivers.

Absolute idiots, some guy who looks like he just woke up from a street corner (and smells like it too) comes to pick up your car with no details, confirmation, name or anything you just have to hand your keys over to some random gross person against all your better judgement.

Then you call them when you land and get questioned by some rude prick of who you are, says he doesn't know you etc. at this point you think your car has been stolen. When you finally get across to this moron that he has your car you get told to wait an hour and he hangs up. Car was also absolutely filthy afterwards so no idea where they keep it, oh yeah and you also pay £20 for entry and exit.

I was stand for three hours at the airport to get my car back.
There customer service is none. I have a disabled child with me and can't believe what is happening.
This is a poor company.

I have never written a review in my life but absolutely had to to warn people to NEVER use Sapphire cars!

We booked Sapphire Parking for a Meet & Greet service at Gatwick Airport. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely poor on both departure and return.
When dropping the car off on 18 July, we called to say we were approximately 30 minutes away and called again to say we had arrived. Despite this, nobody arrived to collect the vehicle. We made a further 19 calls between 4 am and 5am and were repeatedly told the driver was not far away.
Eventually, because we were at serious risk of missing our flight, we were instructed to leave the keys on the steering wheel of the car and leave it unattended.
On our return on 25 July, we followed the instructions and called Sapphire Parking after landing. We were told the car would be with us in approximately 45 minutes. When we arrived at the designated collection area, we called again and were told that they could not locate our vehicle and that they “did not know where it was.” We were told that the car had been collected but could not now be located. It was lost. They had lost our car. I informed them if they didn't locate it i would be calling the police.
For approximately 30 minutes, we had no idea where our vehicle was or who had possession of it. We have two children with us and were considering arranging a taxi to get home. We were eventually told that the vehicle had been found and it was brought to us.
When the vehicle arrived, the keys were once again left on the tyre rather than the vehicle being handed directly back to us.
We also discovered that a £20 note which we had deliberately left in the closed ashtray for parking was missing when the vehicle was returned. We cannot say when or by whom it was removed, but it was present when we handed the vehicle over and was missing when we received it back.
We attempted to contact Sapphire Parking immediately to report this, but the call was disconnected after we identified ourselves and our subsequent call was not answered.
Sapphire Parking advertise a Meet & Greet service where they “meet you at the terminal, take your keys, and have your car waiting when you return.” That was not our experience! I am contacting gatwick and the comparison site we used to advise that they remove them from their listings.
DO NOT USE SAPPHIRE PARKING!

NEVER USE THEM. From start to finish, awful communication, car handling and service. Likely ran by some low level criminals. Have written to trading standards due to their behaviour.

I wish I could give it minus stars. I'm actually going to contact Gatwick airport to advise them to remove them from their authorised companies. We went to the correct car park. There were no parking spaces for meet and greet. I telephoned Sapphire Parking to ask what to do. They just answered with a hello. They said to park anywhere ( in the whole car park) and someone will find us. We had no idea how long this person would take to find us. I said we were in a hurry so could they give us an idea of what this person might look like or be wearing. The guy at the other end of the phone was sarcastic and said a human being and then hung up! I called back a few times and they didn't answer.
A representative turned up and found us. No uniform...not even a high viz jacket and no ID. WE then had to pay the parking while we waited. On our return, we telephoned when we landed as instructed and when we got to the car park we couldn't see anyone waiting. We walked around and found our car parked. We telephoned to ask where our keys were and they'd actually left them on the front tire! Again we had to pay to exit the car park.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this with any meet and greet companies. I used these people because they were recommended by go compare and were cheaper than our usual company. Add on the car park fees, it turns out more expensive. Plus the stress of not knowing what was going on, rudeness like a stroppy teenager and having our car abandoned with the keys where anyone would find them was most definitely not worth it.

Would not recommend this service. I feel hoodwinked as you don’t see the name of the service provider until you’ve paid when booked via the comparison service and I wouldn’t have booked if I had seen this reviews. Feels so dodgy being met in a car park by a random person holding a bit of paper. You then have to pay for the car park ticket in addition (£14 both times!) and on collection we spoke to a guy who told us to wait and then vanished, so I called again after 10 minutes and they told us where the car was and said they’d left our car key on top of the wheel!!! So unprofessional.

Do not use this company. They are dreadful. They took 1 hour and 40 minutes to return our car. They lied to us each time we called to ask where they were. They removed the wires from the camera and left rubbish in the vehicle. They should be closed down.

ABSOLUTE FILTH - DO NOT USE!!! They used over half a tank of petrol, stole about £20 in change that we keep for parking, stole a £20 note that we keep in the log book. They also stole the holder we use for the satnav, a tub of chewing gum and even two cans of monster! SCUM OF THE EARTH!!!

DO NOT USE -I would give less stars if I could!

The main issues I identified when my car was returned;
- They had driven the car 60 miles.
-Mud left in the front passenger footwell.
-A drink spilt on the inside of the front passenger door, leaving sticky marks.
-Chocolate left in the front of the vehicle
-Mud marks across the rear seats, suggesting that passengers had travelled in the rear of the vehicle.
- All change left in the car ( £ coins) were taken.

My car was clearly used for personal use whilst I was away and paid for them to park it.

I dropped my car off top these guys last Friday morning at 450am and I just collected my car a few hours ago (Monday Night) I noticed on Friday evening that there was a passenger drop off charge for £10 for Friday Morning over an hour after I gave them my car. When I called them on Friday they said they would pay it but it never got paid so I paid it myself. They also tried to charge me £10 for the £8 parking but the icing on the cake was that when I collected the car on Monday Night all 4 of the footwells and some door panels were covered in white dust like there had been passengers with dirty feet in the front and back of my car. I took a photo of the mileage when I dropped my car off and it read 89827 but when I collected the car it read 89938 (It had been driven 111 miles in 3 days!) Also my engine management light is now on when I just had my car MOT'd and checked last Wednesday with no issues. I called when I was leaving the car park and the guys said the car was only driven 10 miles and asked me to send the photos of the mileage like I was lying. let's see tomorrow when I get my mechanic to check over my car again then I'll be hitting up trading standards about these scammers.. I booked them through compareparkingdeals.co.uk and there name was Park 247 Meet & Greet. Avoid at all costs!!!

Do NOT USE.
Called them twice on my way to Gatwick - guy on phone was rude and put phone down on me. Second time they acknowledged my arrival time.

Arrived and there was... No-one there. Called them 10 times in next 15 minutes and NOBODY ANSWERED.

Eventually they arrive - 20 mins late. Refuse to give me receipt.

On return: call them as soon as we land to give them enough time. 30 mins later we get to car park 6 and they say 10 mins. Turns out to be 30 mins. Driver said they sent him to the wrong terminal.

Now, nobody has died, this is all a 1st world problem but this is a terrible business.

Awful service. Waited an hour to collect vehicle on return. Couldn't get through on phone for long periods of time - number unobtainable. Got ripped off on dropping car - charged by some shady employee £10 when it transpires the exit fee which I gain paid on return was only £8. This is criminal activity. They also tampered with car - there was no need to change my economy settings to sport setting. Don't use. Terrible.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE We were travelling for 10 Days and we only live 10 minutes away from the Airport. We booked through compare the parking as they had a 5 star review (presumed fake now) we called as instructed 30 mins before when we were still at home and told to go to the short stay car park level 4 where we would be met. Nobody was there and we called over the course of nearly 2 hours and were told various things like we had missed them, they were 5 mins away etc. Eventually we had no time left or we would miss out flight and were told to pay for the ticket (£18 at this point) and leave the keys on the front wheel. Reluctantly we did and we caught a flight, when we landed I called and we were told the car had been collected. On Arrival back we called and were told the car was parked up and ready, it was but it was parked in the spot we left it with the keys on the wheel - the car had not moved. We tried to exit with the ticket on the dash but it was our ticket from arrival so we then had to pay £700 for the short stay car park fees to exit. Tried to call to get an explanation and they hung up and blocked my number.

They stole my friends car key out of the car, when i called they admitted they had the key, but when questioned they backtracked ended the phone and blocked my number. Do not use
