This company were booked through a comparison website and their services were appallingly. They were extremely rude and kept fobbing us off, advising they were only 10mins away. They were extremely late collecting and dropping the car off and our daughter who is disabled and has a terminal illness was left waiting for over 1hr 30mins with her three young children. They offered no apology and advised we had 1 car back so why were we complaining. They wore no uniform and we had to pay extra to leave the carpark.The comparison site, flyparkcompare have offered no assistance, advising they are just a comparison website. Do not use.

I have been waiting for over 2 hours for them to bring my car!!!! They’ve gone to the wrong terminal and I’m waiting patiently with no apology for their awful service! DO NOT USE

Waited over a hour for meet and greet and was presented with a rude driver,
Picking the car up was even worse, 2 hours wait, they had used over 60 miles of fuel when car tracking showed only 4.2 miles away from Gatwick for parking, deleted dash cam footage, (and unplugged) awful smell of smoke in the car, stolen belongings from the car, and they had gone though glove box and centre console, AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Absolutely appalling service! DO NOT USE! Be aware of using the parking services that find best deals as that’s how they are getting work! They do not know where your vehicle is, they have no cares or respect to you as a customer and have no direct line of contact….
We actually had to make contact with the police! This company tried to say they didn’t have our vehicle and it was returned after doing nearly 100 miles! AVOID

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - they were over 45 minutes late which made us close to missing our flight on the way there and it took us 1 hour to get our car back. We were waiting with 3 other couples, trying to contact the company who either dont answer, give poor information and no customer skills whatsoever.

Poor communication within the company made this a very frustrating experience. We were left waiting for over an hour after an overnight long-haul flight, only to discover that our car had been sitting on the floor below the entire time.

The key had been left in the tyre, and no paperwork was provided. We repeatedly called for updates and were told that the car would arrive “any minute,” rather than being informed that it was already waiting downstairs. On several occasions, the calls were even disconnected.

This was an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience, and the lack of communication made the company extremely difficult to deal with.

We used them for a recent trip to Gatwick North.
On arrival back we did as requested and phoned - to be told that 20 minutes had turned into an hour's wait.
After 1 hour and 40 minutes our car finally arrived - when we asked what the hold up was we were told the road was closed but the driver couldn't tell us which road and on our exit we had no issues.
We stood next to a lady who was equally annoyed and had waited for over an hour - when we asked which company? Sapphire Parking...
When we finally got the car, every gadget had been adjusted - the seats, the heating was on full pelt despite us leaving in a 34 degree heatwave and the lights had been tampered with - not sure why when the journey to a 'safe' car park was meant to be a short drive away.
Needless to say we will not be using them again and in fact will be going back to the old park yourself and get the bus

I wish I had read all of the reviews before I booked. They were not lying. I was left waiting for over 2 hours to get my car back. On return, no apology. I don't know how these cowboys are operating but I would recommend you avoid at all costs.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.i would advise evreyone to not use this company as it is very poor in evreything.they had me waiting 3 hours.this company should not be open and should geyt shut down.do not waste your money on this business as u will be dissapointed.

Awful! No spaces to leave the car, unhelpful staff. Car was filthy when it was returned. We still had to pay for the short stay car park. Lifts to the car park floor on 6 are so slow and busy. Takes forever, I should have paid for long stay car park instead and no difference in timings. Never again!

We followed the procedure called them 30 mins before arrival . We waited for 40 mins for them . On pick there was no apology just sarcastic comments like we will leave your car here and you can deal with a €1000 pound fine . On returning we called as soon as we landed at 7 pm no answer just answering machine said they would get back to us we went to car park 6 level 5 and waited agin for an hour . This is not a meet and greet service . One gentleman waiting was told to F off and wait his turn . I will not be using Sapphire parking again and will tell anyone who cares to listen not to use this service . Absolutely AWFUL service . Beware of these scammers . They just want you money and little or no customer service . Disgusting. SAPPHIRE Parking.com are thieves . Stay away from

SAPPHIRE ET AND GREET IN GATWICK ARE THE WORST . THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY . DO NOT USE THEM . THEY USED ALL MY FULL TANK PETROL , RETURNED MY CAR VERY DIRTY , MESSED UP WITH MY CAR CAMERA AND RADIO SETTING . FINISHED ALL MY PETROL AND RETURNED WITH TWO LINES TO TAKE ME BACK HOME. THEY MADE ME WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR . THEY ARE CRIMINALS , STAY AWAY FROM THEM 😭

I HAD A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE MY CHARGER AND A SMALL PURSE FILLED WITH COINS FROM MY CAR. ADDITIONALLY, THEY USED ALL OF MY PETROL, AND MY CAR WAS RETURNED VERY DIRTY. WE ALSO HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR BEFORE THEY RETURNED THE CAR TO US. OVERALL, IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THEM.

Waited for 2.5 hours for my car, kept being told driver is on the way, whist tracking the car they drove my car away from the Gatwick Inn Hotel and to a compound 15 minutes away. When I called for updates they blocked mine and several other customers numbers, and to top off they went to the North terminal rather than South.

Shocking experience. Drop off was ok. On pick up their phone line was off and emergency line just ringing out. Finally spoke to someone and was told to go to a different car park than the one on the email but when we got there it was closed. Called again (many times) and was told to go to the original pick up point so we moved. Over an hour and a half of waiting and calling and finally was told that our car was already there and where were we?! They had abandoned it on another floor in a disabled parking bay and just left the key next to the car. It had been there over half an hour which then cost us more for the parking charge. All interactions on the phone were rude and ended with them hanging up on me. I asked why we had been given two wrong locations and was shouted at and told no one gave me the wrong location… Shocking

Have used them twice.
The first time I thought must not be the usual service!
Both times over 100 miles of fuel used.
Rizzlers left in the car, charger stolen, massive water stain left on passenger seat, rubbish left in car.
50 minute wait time to collect car when they knew what time I would arrive - nearly missed flight.
When I tried calling to ask where the staff were my number was blocked so I had to get my Mum to ring.
On return the number again wouldn’t work nor the emergency number so again had to call off my friend’s phone!
The other time when I picked up car they said they’d be 45 minutes when on the email it says 30 minutes. I queried politely and had the phone hung up on me. So was left waiting for my car alone at gone midnight.

Booked Sapphire Meet & Greet at Gatwick South Terminal. On drop-off, the driver told me I couldn't pay the airport levy myself at the ticket machine as instructed in the booking confirmation - he said he wouldn't be able to take the car unless I paid him directly through his own card machine instead. Trusting he was a genuine representative of the company, I paid him £10. It was only afterwards, walking past the actual ticket machine, that I realised the correct charge is £8 and I'd been scammed out of £2 by someone posing as an official part of the process. It's a small amount, but the method is exactly what you'd expect from a scam artist working the system, not a legitimate parking company.
I emailed the address provided in the booking confirmation and the one listed on their website to raise this. The response I got back made it obvious they hadn't even read my email - it was a generic template about vehicle damage claims and photos, completely unrelated to what I'd actually reported. I replied to clarify the issue in plain terms. Silence. I sent a follow-up. Silence. Sent another follow-up. Still nothing.
So not only did I have a driver take advantage of customers at the point they're most vulnerable - tired, having just landed, wanting to get home - the company itself can't be bothered to even read a complaint properly, let alone resolve it. Total lack of accountability from top to bottom. Would not trust this company with your car or your money.

If I could put zero I would Rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. Car returned filthy with muddy footprints on front and rear car mats so obviously used to transport whoever.Chip on windscreen with notice left stating they accept no liability for this. Another couple who arrived just after me at the parking area found their keys left on the front wheel with no driver to be found. I paid. 14 pounds for them to exit with my car because they were late collecting it. Another couple with a tracker on their car discovered the car was driven 25 miles the night before they collected it. I use meet and greet a lot and this is far the worse company I’ve used so avoid if you want peace of mind that your car is safe

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the worst “meet and greet” car parking I have ever experienced. Over an hour to pick up car on rerun, very rude on the phone, drop off was to a random bloke without uniform.

Sapphire parking are an absolute shocking parking company and shouldn’t be allowed to trade!

I booked my parking at Gatwick through deals for parking, who operate as park caddy who operate under Sapphire Parking.

I decided to get an earlier flight yesterday & before I booked the flight, I called Sapphire to make sure it was ok to collect me car earlier & I was told no problems, just call us when you land(I’also followed this up with text messages) so when I landed, I made the call & was told ‘your car will be with you in 45mins’ which is shocking, but I had no other option.

After 45mins had past, I called again and asked how long my car would be, only to be told ‘your not supposed to be getting your car until a number of hours later’, So I explained the situation/the phone call I had made earlier in the day/the text messages & the call when I landed, only to be told ‘your early so you will get your car when we have time & when I raised my voice at the individual over the phone (due to the frustration, because in my mined I have had full communication with Sapphire with my earlier arrival) to then be told ‘because you raised your voice, I will put your car drop off back a couple of hours & then proceed to laugh at me.

Absolute cow boys, no customer relations, no professionalism, just out to make money at everyone’s else’s expense.

PLEASE DONT EVER USE SAPPHIRE PARKING/DEALS FOR PARKING/PARK CADDY
