This lot do not deserve one star
This lot do not deserve one star. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had read these reviews before booking as I had exactly the same problems as all the comments below.
As a regular business traveller I booked through their website as it was a one day trip. I normally use Maple Parking who are good.
To say the service was poor would be an understatement. Prior to arrival I rang the number on the booking - 07563870088 who instructed me to drive to the Orange car park, level 4. On arrival I was met by a scruffy individual just roaming round the Orange car park, no desk, no identification and no manners.
It was an early morning flight at 6.15am. His introduction was not welcome, or hello, he just said I owed him £8 and i needed to pay cash or card. I had no idea who he was.
I showed him my booking reference and he confirmed he was a representative of Quality Parking, and would be taking the car, returning it to the same car park at 00:15 on Tuesday 14 July (today).
Reluctantly I paid him and asked for a receipt, he couldn't provide one.
On my return after a flight delay of half an hour (I had paid for late return cover), I rang the same number from the plane - no answer. I rang five more times as I made my way through the airport to confirm I had landed, even though it does not ask customers to do this. On reaching the Orange car park, at 00.30an no one is around, so I try the number again - no message service, just a gifgaf voicemail saying its full.
I now have no other way of contacting anyone on the whereabouts of my car.
After numerous attempts, I get through to someone, who tells me the car will be 45 minutes and in a different car park. When I ask him to confirm the details he swears at me and hangs up.
Eventually at 1.45am my car is delivered to the red car park. It's a mess, covered in dust and marks and with 20+ additional miles on the clock. This time I say I'll pay the exit fee so I can get a receipt.
Suffice to say I will never use this company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE AND RUDE
There confirmation email states there is a £6.50 Airport Levy Fee - I was charged £8 each time.
It doesn't have the correct car park details for collection.
It doesn't say you have to call when you return
It doesn't say there will be no one to meet you, no one to answer your calls and a complete lack of courtesy or customer service.
