Easy to book, good instructions, so nice to get off the plane and go straight to your car

Easy to find,link to terminals is spot on,but could be bettered by dropping off nearer the entrance to the building,but on the whole a good service.

It was quick and easy but very expensive. They should look at their prices. My family that booked was more expensive than mine, I booked a couple of days after, it should be just one price, the price should be lower,
Overall, definitely would use again, very convenient

The parking experience was great, the staff were friendly & helpful, whilst the location was very convenient for our family holiday, saving the time & hassle with bus connections.
The only downsides were cost (the members discount couldn't be used unfortunately! ) & on arrival we missed the turn for the short stay car park & had to pay to pass through the drop off area & loop back around 😕 to make sure we didn't get fined! Although its our fault missing the turn during the chaotic traffic, I think signage, sat nav guidance & more info / exemption, Should apply for customers of the car park to allow them to pass through the drop off zone charge free, if they miss the turn. I imagine this happens a lot & it ruins an otherwise great service by adding more cost.

We have used Gatwick parking twice now. This has been a godsend travelling with two small children. This really was a hassle free experience with the confidence our vehicle was safe.

Location,price and bus service

Parking was smooth but valet left the car with leaves inside that weren’t there before

All staff members were helpful especially night staff Patricia who was polite and professional.

Dead easy to find the Short Stay, we missed the first turning into the Blue Car Park which could have been a bit clearer, my text said P1, otherwise really quick to get to departures and get out of the airport when we returned from holiday.

Short walk 5 minutes from car drop off and your inside south terminal, covered walkway. On return collect your keys, car is nearby and away you go.

Simple process , car was secure and easy to get bus to and from.

Easiest way to park at Gatwick. Quick collection on return.

This parking option is such a great place to park ahead of flying out of and returning to Gatwick North.
It is more expensive than other on and off site parking (which is why I have gone with 4 stars) however it’s the convenience you are paying for which provides a sense of peace once you arrive as you park the car and walk through to the terminal.
On return there is no waiting around as once you have come through security you have a 4 minute walk back to the car park.
We will always chose this option for Gatwick North 😁

I’m very satisfied

I felt the parking at Gatwick long stay was convenient and cost effective in comparison to alternatives. The bus service was easy to use to get from A to B.
However, I found the parking bays were narrow in the carpark and we struggled to get ourselves and things out whilst in the bay, but easily rectified by getting said items ect out before parking.
Constructive feedback would be to modernise the carpark by having sensors to mark empty bays to enable more efficient parking, being able to easily recognise where I could park from the get go.
Overall, great value for money and convenient place to park for traveling from the airport, both terminals.
