Best midle stay car park if you are using the North terminal just walking, no need to wait for the bus bla bla bla. And if you register yourself in the oficial Gatwick website you always will get a 5% discount.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. You pay for a service that will get your car to you within 30 mins. Called gave reg and told 1 hour i said 1 hour he then rudely said now 1.5 hours as a single woman driving on her own with disabilities this is disgusting treatment. Car not available when returning at 2:30am. I think you need to teach your staff basic manners and communication and dont advertise what you cant provide. Not worth the extra money - would be quicker to get the bus to long stay. Plenty of people came and went and I am still sat here. My advice to everyone dont use its late at night.

Directions easy to follow, parking spaces easy to find, bus service to and from Terminal very simple, only problem, not enough EXIT signs getting back to main road, ended up going through Drop Off and having to pay £10.

FAST AND EFFICIENT
I have used the Official Gatwick Airport Parking quite a few times now and have they have always been friendly and efficient, I have never had a problem and their promise to have your car waiting for you when you return or you get your next visit free gives a feeling of confidence in the company. Generally they are a bit more expensive than other companies but, I guess, you get what you pay for.

One hour parking at GBP52 is absurd
One hour parking at Short Stay parking South terminal is GBP52! This is absurd. And this is the price you get if you follow the procedure for pre-book for a "better" rate.
Happy to provide with a screen shot to prove this if anyone is going to challenge this from the airport.
