Ordered a bike lock almost 3 weeks ago. Still not arrived. Refunded my shipping cost last week but despite numerous emails no product has arrived. Sent tracking numbers that do not work. I have demanded a refund twice now with no response. This firm is absolute.rubbish! Beware

I a security cable on line for a caliper lock which I had originally bought when travelling in Holland. It is a great piece of additional kit and adds great security when protecting my bike against theft. The online site was easy to navigate and the item was reasonably priced whilst also being dispatched promptly. Excellent service.

Took a very long time for my order to arrive . I had to keep on sending them emails to find out where my order was .

I ordered 23 April 2025 two bycicle tyres and 1 inner tube. Today 2nd May, still waiting.
I ve email support team. Just told me to check tracking number which it does not work. I ve emailed twice for update since phone number does not exist and no response. So basically I paid for something I dont know if I am receiving and no one is able to answer my queries. Let s see how this turns out

All good arrived on time and as advertised

One week on from order still no dispatch date for bike tyres, and they are on holiday now until Tuesday. Perhaps I was supposed to walk to Spain and collect them.

Easy purchase experience online, responsive and helpful customer service; ordered on the 8th of April and received on the 26th; we’re in the Gulf (Middle East) and there’s the Easter holiday so shipping took time; wished shipping was sooner but it worked out well in the end. My wife is very happy; shipment was a-ok!

Got what I ordered at a very good price, GP5000s. Took a calculated gamble I thought on basis of other reviews but seemed to work out fine.

Thought i would give Santafixie a go. Price was very competitive. Just took nearly three weeks to arrive.

Gave Santa Fixie a go as the price for tyres was competitive and was not in any immediate rush for them. Took about a week and a half to receive them (to the UK) and all good with the product. Only negative was it took ages from the initial order to getting any kind of notification of dispatch.

I bought the ‘SANTAFIXIE 60MM FIXIE FRONT WHEEL‘ recently, they claim the wheel has a ‘braking surface’ but it’s unlike any braking surface I’ve ever seen. I used it once which was a terrifying experience, it screeched every time I applied the brakes and had no stopping power.
I’ve been told because I’ve used it I can’t return it, despite the description being misleading and the product unsafe.
So now I’m stuck with a wheel I could never sell on for fear of causing injury or death. Avoid at all costs.

Bought some Supacaz bar tape for my bike the whole process from finding what I was looking for to delivery was quick and easy & the product was just what I was after.
