Great bikes and awesome customer service - sent me a pair of replacement bolts when they wore out!

The bike itself is fantastic but after a small issue with one of the brake levers the team at Quella have gone above and beyond to replace the part meaning I can get back on the bike again.

Ordered parts for Re-vamp of my Quella Varsity,I got plenty of sound help and advice from the staff with my items,and the parts were dispatched well boxed and protected the following day,and arrived in SW Scotland the next afternoon,despite me having to adjust my order at the last minute,well done it’s refreshing to get some decent service in this day and age.

I recently bought the Oxford Classic from Quella Bikes and couldn't be happier. The bike arrived in pristine condition, was well packaged, and was really straightforward to assemble. It rides beautifully and feels like a genuinely high-quality bike. Customer service was brilliant too, really knowledgeable and happy to help throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Absolute terrible communication about process the delay and the whole experience.
My bike was passed the delivery date and no one contacted me. I had to phone.
I was told it would be delivered today and ready for collection. I was then told sorry we still have to build the bike come back in 1-2hours. No one explained this to me and no one gave any reasons why. I was offered a £50 discount but again haven’t heard anything about that.

Excellent well built bike for the price. Easy set up when watching YouTube tutorial. A small bolt was missing, contact them direct and replacement arrived in a couple of days. All good.

I ordered custom bike from Quella. After 5 weeks I received my bike and most of the accessories I ordered. I know it is custom and it would probably take a month to build but I became frustrated with being told a date my bike would be delivered by but for one reason or another it did not happen. This happened a couple of times. My bike was also delivered damaged and Quella were fast to fix the issues.
The bike itself is very nice. Definitely worth the wait. I am just looking forward to getting all my accessories and problems fixed so I can get back cycling.

Just an update. New wheel they sent me doesn’t fit into front forks. One fork groove is smaller than the other. Sales team advised me to use a wrench to force the wheel in.

Huge delays which can happen - the communication during this lengthy period was appalling and to a degree insulting. I only took the order as it was a cycle to work scheme and the admin associated with it would have been large. When it finally arrived it (the wheel) was badly assembled meaning a tyre change was needed before anything could happen - terrible

My bike simply took too long to arrive (close to a month now and I still haven’t received the ewheel). Customer service have been polite, but I’ve had to call 3x and I don’t have what I ordered. In all honesty - when I dropped close to 2k on a bike, I kind of expected it to be delivered within the next 48 hours and as a complete bike (not pieces). I now have the joys of a weekend ikea project (with a key piece missing).

Appalling quality of bike, loose spokes to the point a spoke nipple worked loose and fell into the wheel housing, rust setting in within weeks on multiple components. Essentially uncycleable despite having given it months to see if it bedded in with extensive maintenance. Unless you are willing to spend a lot of time repairing suggest avoid

Bought this bike brand new and the rear valve was faulty from day one. The tyre cannot be inflated and even two different bike shops were unable to get it working. Very disappointing quality control. Cheap components and poor reliability. I would avoid this brand.
