Found the very tyres I wanted at a decent price.

Product is good and price competitive but the guidance on delivery is completely misleading - 3-4 days means 3-4 weeks. They only dispatched when I chased a second time, no response except to thank me for signing up to their mailing list.

Same as the other reviewer said, tracking goes 1/3 of the way and then just hangs. You therefore do not know where your parcel is!
I also do not know where you edit, delivery option placing if not in.
Delivery is too slow

It’s ironic that I get prompted for a review nearly a month after I placed an order that I still haven’t received.
Don’t bother ordering from this company. You’re more likely to get a reminder email (that you didn’t agree to sign up for) about reordering products that you still haven’t received, than receiving the items themselves.

Ordered two Vittoria Zaffiro Pro 30mm road bike tires because the price was very competitive. Order arrived as scheduled - very pleased with the price and delivery

I was won over by the comprehensive website and without further ado made my purchase. I did find myself sceptical when I read reviews after the ordering. My fears, however, were unfounded. My only concern which I feel is ever so relevant, was the tracking. I got the impression that the parcel did not seem to be travelling more than half way. Suddenly, Royal Mail delivered unexpectedly. Shocked, but not shaken, thank you! It appears the tracking information I received was only relevant to the originating transport company. I was not made aware that the parcel had transferred to a UK company, Royal Mail, which is when the tracking information ceased. I guess the parcel was delivered within the specified time period, just. Maybe, a target delivery date be beneficial, taking into account more than one transport company is used? I treated the parcel as a lovely gift arriving early, thank you.

Good price for bike, delivered within 2 weeks to uk.

Item was good price - but delivery estimate like a lot of people are saying weren’t accurate. It wasn’t a world off though. If you’re not in a rush for your goods then they’re safe.

Second time buying from Santa Fixie, the communication is excellent, the delivery is very quick. Very impressed!

The goods arrived, but I want to return one of the items. As instructed I have emailed them to get a quote for the return via their collection service. An automated response came back saying that they are sometimes busy and will get back to me. This was 6 days ago. I have tried twice more to contact them. Both times I get the same automated response, but no follow up. I'm beginning to lose faith.

Price and range of products is excellent. Dispatch and parcel tracking is abysmal. I still have no idea when the item will arrive and they can't tell me. I would suggest UK customers only use them if you don't need the items for a specific date.

A good range of stock at a good price. No problem with shipping to the uk and all within time frames quoted and with regular updates. I would purchase from Santafixie again.

Ordered a wheelset 3 weeks ago, no delivery date confirmed even after asking, i just seem to get this response;

advertised speedy delivery time 3-4 working days at additional cost of £7.99. it took 12 working days. So surprise Bday present ordered in time, was delivered far too late!!very poor communication thruout the . late replies to email complaints, and not aswering to the actual questions. at very last someone more sensible wrote semi decent email with apologies and refunded the cost of delivery. however after first time ordering from this company, having such experience, very doubtely I will use them again. sorry Santafixie

I still have not received the item I ordered, my emails have been ignored. I doubt I will receive what I ordered and therefore I’ve have been ripped off.

Excellent service with great communication.

Part received not suitable so arranged a return. Company claimed to have never received item. Returns are at your expense, too expensive for tracking a parcel to Barcelona.
