Fantastic service from start to finish. My washing machine failed, and they responded incredibly promptly. The engineer was professional, and the replacement was handled quickly and without any fuss. A great, hassle-free experience. Thank you

S3 Maintenance - professional and smooth service

I was very impressed with the professional service from S3 Maintenance. They handled the issues at my property quickly and efficiently, with no delays or complications. The staff were friendly, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was completed to a high standard, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Unreliable and unprofessional

S3 hold the maintenance contract for our building, and they provide bad service. They are unresponsive, miss appointments, can't seem to update the fixflo portal with any helpful information for tenants. Their staff appear to lack comprehension of clear instructions, they rarely investigate issues thoroughly and are not proactive or problem solving. Everything has to be spelled out to them, even though they are meant to be the professionals. They will not contact you if they need further info, even though they have been provided your contact number.
