All good. Except none of the promised messages of when it was out for delivery, what time. Neighbor found the radiator leaning against the front door of our hose whilst I was in the back garden waiting and checking for messages.

Very Good
Very good so far: website, pricing, communication (I needed clarification on something and someone got back to me quickly), delivery. Quality of the radiator I ordered appears good. Now waiting for my son-in-law to fit it, before I can comment definitively on quality and functionality!

Okay, but don't organise a plumber until it's checked over.
The initial radiator sent to me was damaged with chips and dents it was'nt wrapped in original wrap, I eventually got a new replacement that was wrapped in original wrap completely undamaged, I was told it was arriving on Wednesday, so stayed off work to take delivery and check over, never arrived, no contact whatsoever from Parcel force, but it was delivered the next day while I was at work, really well packaged and left at the rear of property, it is now installed and looks and works a treat.

We're sorry the radiator arrived damaged. We ship a large number of radiators across the country, and unfortunately a small number on rare occasions do get damaged in transit from time to time, we do apologise for that.
Regarding the delay with Parcelforce, we apologise for this as well. They changed the delivery date without informing you, and unfortunately while we do give customers notice if their order is delayed, in this case we weren't given any information from Parcelforce either, so we completely understand the frustration this caused. We've raised both the delay and damage directly with them.

They had the right size radiator we needed to do a straight swap. We had tried locally, but couldn't get the size. Good price and good delivery.

Shane was a man in a million, helping me with a radiator delivery issues, redelivery and then finally a refund as it was damaged. He was calling me to check all was OK when I experienced issues.

Great customer service and love to do…
Great customer service and love to do the use it again & again in the future. We have order a shower set for our bathroom and it was delivered on time. When we open a bathroom cabinet we found out that it was damage in transition which wasn’t even there fault. I rang and spoken to Komalben and immediately they have replaced with slightly bigger unit which they have in stock and it was little bit expensive then what we actually paid for our cabinet. Would highly recommend and love to do the business with them without any hesitation
