Great experience - the quoting process was very smooth and easy, all explained to me in terms I understood (without being condescending!) and enabled me to make an informed decision on the product to purchase. The install was so quick, everything was tidied away afterwards and we were emailed our PWF 10year insurance certificate afterwards with zero chasing or following up like I've had in the past with other installers. Fab service, thank you!

I normally only use companies which have been personally recommended to me but I was so impressed with the on line reviews that I took a chance on this occasion. And I am so glad I did as not only was the price very competitive but the communication and standard of workmanship was outstanding. My partner & I are delighted with finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending Prime Glazing to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Superb job from prime glazing
Superb job from prime glazing. This is the third time I've used the company and every time I've been 100% happy from start to finish. Pedestrian door and side window to garage this time. Joel and Adam were as patient and professional as ever and fitter Luke did a brilliant job. He cleaned up so well after himself I wouldn't have known he'd been apart from my lovely new door and window.

Replacement front door
I needed a Secured by Design replacement front door plus fixed light over. Julie in the office took my order and kept me informed all the way through. Luke did the installation work, very good standard of work and it was a pleasure to have him working at the house. A couple of snags were fixed swiftly with no inconvenience to me. I'm very happy.

Highly recommend Joel and team at Prime Glazing
Joel and team did a great job on replacing all our windows. It was a large job which included some outsized panes and due to shape and build of our property some installation challenges that took knowledge and skill to overcome. From initial meeting with Joel, through to planning/signing of the work and then installation our experience was one of transparency, honesty and a promise they would solve any problem and customer experience and satisfaction was key for them. Whilst the job was not always plain sailing, for factors mentioned above and a few other issues, the communication and ability to fix an issue was apparent. Adam, Chris and other fitters could never do enough. Whilst the fitting ran over by a few weeks we are delighted by the end result and would highly recommend as the customer care was outstanding

Great staff at Prime and the lads doing our replacement roof were fantastic. Roofers, plasterers , painters and electricians were very professional and worked so hard in horrendously hot weather but kept going until the job was done to a brilliant standard.

An absolutely awful company
An absolutely awful company! Took over 6 months to fit 5 windows and a conservatory on a small bungalow. Standard of workmanship was poor, fitted a damaged window sill and tried to hide it with white sealant. Left a 4” screw sticking through the bottom of the bay window.
Left all their rubbish in my back garden leaving it to me to dispose of.
Took property of mine ( rubble bins)
Communication was poor, never really knew when they would turn up.
I acknowledge I received certain discounts for their poor performance.
If anyone has issues with my comments I have kept all correspondence between both parties.
Personally I would avoid these people.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Ian.
Firstly, we're genuinely sorry that your experience with Prime Glazing did not meet the standards we strive to deliver. We appreciate all feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us improve.
We completely accept that communication could have been better at times throughout your project. This is something we have reflected on internally and have worked hard to improve. As many of our previous reviews demonstrate, clear communication is something we usually pride ourselves on, so we recognise that we fell short on this occasion.
Your project was more complex than a standard conservatory installation and involved a number of unforeseen elements. Throughout the project, we made several upgrades and additional works at no extra cost to help achieve the best long-term outcome. These included upgrading the originally specified uPVC bifold doors to aluminium after we discussed the benefits and long-term reliability, supplying and installing a kitchen window free of charge, and installing a soakaway that became necessary after it was identified that one had not been provided before the conservatory foundations were constructed. Although this was outside the original scope of works, we completed it to ensure the installation was carried out correctly.
Regarding the damaged internal cill, we completely agree that attempting to disguise the damage with silicone was unacceptable. We addressed this internally at the time, and it formed part of our decision to part company with the individual responsible. That standard of workmanship is not something we tolerate.
In relation to the screw beneath the bay window, we did offer to return and rectify this, but our offer was declined.
With regard to the rubble bins, we cannot say with certainty who removed them, as there were several trades involved on the project in addition to our own team. However, we acknowledged your concerns and this was taken into account as part of the reduction agreed to your final balance.
We also agreed to a reduction in the final contract price as a gesture of goodwill to recognise the delays, inconvenience and the issues experienced during the project.
While we respect your right to leave a review, we do feel that a one-star rating does not fully reflect the overall outcome of the project or the considerable efforts we made to resolve issues, provide complimentary upgrades and reach a fair resolution. Furthermore, apart from the damaged cill and screw underneath the bay, we truly believe that the overall finished product is of high quality and this is shown in the after pictures which have been taken.
Nevertheless, we accept there were some aspects of the project that fell below our usual standards, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We wish you all the very best in your home and thank you again for your feedback.
We recently had new windows installed…
We recently had new windows installed by Prime Glazed, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
From the initial quotation through to the final installation, the whole process was professional, straightforward, and well 1organised. The communication was excellent throughout, and the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was complete.
The quality of the windows and the workmanship is outstanding. You can really tell they take pride in what they do, and the attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure we were completely happy before finishing the job.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I would highly recommend Prime Glazed to anyone looking for high-quality windows and first-class customer service.
Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic job!
