Pawel is brilliant and very helpful going above and beyond. When we had raised a ticket for flashing spotlights and mould appearing he resolved issues straight away and looked at other things such as issues with our hob even though this was on another ticket he wasn’t due to come in for yet he did it all at once. Thank you so much Lucas(Liverpool) once again. He spent several hours perfecting the dishwasher job. He had to remove the present dishwasher, drill new holes and install a brand new dishwasher. Pawel was here at 10am sharp, right on time. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Within 10 minutes he was back with a new fridge and the whole thing was over in no more a that an hour. Very happy with the service
