Pawel Gruzescki attended to the situation very quickly, was able to identify the fault with the fire Alarm and got it fixed asap - the whole process didn’t take up to 10 minutes from when I raised the issue to it being resolved .

Lucas has been great. He responds to the issues in our house swiftly and gives great advice on how to maintain our appliances. Whenever there’s an issue he’s always happy to help out!

Pawel was our handyman for over a year now. He is very very helpful, does the job quickly with a smile.
He had worked on my window, floor, toilet and dishwasher. Always did his job perfectly and gave me his time to answer all of my questions and inqueries.

Pawel has been a fantastic, reliable, and friendly face to have around the building, he is always as helpful as possible and seems to really care about our struggles as tenants. Management in our building is atrocious and a constant source of grief for us tenants, but Pawel and his team have been a delight to work with, sympathetic to the struggles we face when dealing with management.

Lucas was quick, friendly, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. The booking system was really fast well which helped a lot!

Got helped by Marcin today. Quick, reliable, super skilled. He clearly know what he’s doing and he’s super professional. Nice person to have a chat with! Thank you!

Lucas was really responsive and helpful in fixing a broken pipe in my bathroom. Clean and tidy work done!

Just had Marci come to fix my boiler-heater he is always friendly smiling, very helpful, he had to get a part which didn't take long. And when he came to fix it, he managed to do it quickly.
Now I have heat whoop whoop, so I am very happy

Lucas, our apartment contractor was great. Had an issue with our washing machine and heating and he sorted within half an hour. Thank you!

Kenga has been really responsive and it’s nice to have a real person to talk to about your issues. Pawel is happy to help in any way he can and eager to get things done even when circumstances are difficult - he helped us move into the 7th floor when the lift was broken!!

I contacted Tom last night regarding a leak, and he responded promptly and professionally. The issue is ongoing however he also repaired my wardrobe and stove. His workmanship was excellent, and he demonstrated great attention to detail throughout. Tom was courteous, reliable, and clearly experienced in his field. I greatly appreciate his help and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of property maintenance support.
