The online community is really supportive, and the organiser is very helpful. The taks are varied and take you out of your comfort zone.

So glad I took on the first challenge last December, haven't looked back since, and am always excited, if not a little aprehensive as to what the next task will entail.

So far, I signed up. However what I see is an incredibly well constructed website containing comprehensive and clear information. Looks very cool too.
I love the personal touch with the very active Facebook group and am really looking forward to completing the challenge.
The pressure is on to complete, but with the flexibility to choose your day (we all have bad days, right)
I’m really hoping this is everything it makes out to be (too much trust to pay £30 for something I’m unsure about? A leap of faith shall we say).
I will be back to fully endorse once I’ve completed the challenge

Great physical challenges that really test you. My fitness has improved no end since I discovered Rokman in December 20 and signed up for my first challenge in January. I love the fact you can choose the entry level that suits you, so there is no massive pressure. I've now completed 3 challenges and I am looking forward to the next. Really friendly and supportive FB page, everyone is so nice and Terry always answers any questions and provides support promply when asked. Highly recomend.

Great community, challenges and quality gear as a bonus! The challenges are always well thought out to push you that little bit further, but so rewarding when you get them completed. Then there’s the great bunch of people involved to motivate you, and the option of some really quality clothing there as well. Can’t recommend enough.

Brilliant physical challenges which have kept me inspired through lock down

Rokman is a company like no other! The service provided by them is incredible and the support both via email and the Facebook community is amazing!

I’ve completed many of the different challenges that Rokman have offered and I can truly say they have pushed me harder and helped me be more mentally resilient!

Being apart of the Rokman community has helped me run a 5k in my garden to completing my first 10-mile run.

I look forward to participating in more Rokman challenges and if you are considering if you should sign up, don’t hesitate and think, just do!

I have been wearing Rokman kit for approaching 1 year and can say that with every release the quality just gets better and better. It looks great and does the job, so when I'm training it's comfortable too. I also wear the clothes when I am not training as they are suitable for both casual and as Gym wear. As a brand they are definitely very in tune with their customers and this can clearly be seen in the Facebook group. The latest series of clothes are great and am excited for future releases. Not only does Rokman sell excellent quality kit there are free (and paid) workout challenges, and programmes which keeps us all motivated. The Rokman ethos is increasing physical wellbeing through mental resilience and this has certainly come at the right time for a lot of people. Terry (the founder of Rokman) is a good bloke, genuinely cares about his customers and his athletes and provides a lot of support going well above and beyond at times. I highly recommend the brand.

Hard, tough, exhausting but my God it's rewarding. The mental health gains are amazing let alone the physical!! 100% recommend for everyone. The different entry levels cater for everyone looking for self improvement!!! #teamrokman

I joined the Rokman Unit Challenge Series wanting to add a bit of variety to my training. Easy and simple to join, different levels of fitness catered for. A great Facebook page and community. Four week cycle with a weekly challenge sent on a Monday morning. Easy to submit results, view leaderboards and support each other on FB.

4 weekly challenges completed and really enjoyed it, a great challenge. I managed to run further, carry weight and even struggled through an inverted crawl, not pretty!!

Terry is great, supportive, quick to reply, add results and answer questions. Fantastic service.

I've taken part in 3 monthly challenges now and have loved the experience. The weekly challenge format with a leaderboard plays to your competitive nature whilst also having an encouraging group to help you achieve goals you didnt think possible. Founder Terry is really helpful throughout the process and the app is slick. I would highly recommend Rokman to anyone keen to push themselves and be part of a group on a mission to improve themselves.

Rokman is not your usual fitness brand, it encourages you to push harder to reach the goals you didn't realise you had in you.
Theres no pressure to complete the tasks but the support you get from Rokman and the participants behind it make you feel like you pressure yourself to finish the task at hand and that is something special!

I have achieved so much so far in 4 challenges completed and I wear my pips with pride!
