Rokman Arvostelua 

The month of November can be difficult for some including me. It allowed me to focus on other tasks. The Rokman challenges are fantastic, they help with both my physical and mental stamina. Highly recommend people have a go at these.

The Seals Challenge was my first Rokman Challenge. It was hard, but fun to do. I started this experience to get back into exercise, which is exactly what it did. I am excited to do the next one!

I have done 2 challenges now. They are set up to challenge all ability levels, from Novice through to expert.
The facebook group is very supportive and encourage you to push yourself. They give useful tips to support you through you challenge. You only have to ask.

We discovered Rokman as they sponsored an event we took part in. We were intrigued so checked them out. As ultra runners, we're always looking for ways to mix up our training & push ourselves to be better. We signed up for the Frogman Corps Challenge, we knew roughly what to expect after researching the requirements. We jumped in & signed up! Received a clear weekly brief, the Facebook group was great for motivation & submitting results & evidence was really straightforward. Since completing the Frogman Corps, we signed up & recently completed the subsequent Relentless challenge. They sit perfectly between events so we're hooked! Terry is great at communicating too, questions were answered & he's a top guy. Highly recommend Rokman, definitely worth checking out. Our goal is to complete the entire series so we'll be back for more! #TeamRokman

Mental Resilience Assessment was clear and easy to use, results surprisingly accurate!

I find it gets me motivated to go do some phys, even though I’m serving military. I really can’t be bothered to workout. These challenges give me the motivation to do that
