Are you really serious about your fitness?
Do you have the right mindset to reach your full potential?
Rokmans monthly challenges can be an interesting supplement your training.
Terry is very supportive and his suggestions for reading and videos are inspiring.
You are capable of tremendous things. Recommended.

Best platform for self challenging

I started Rokman at the start of the year and have been taking on the weekly challenges religiously ever since.
It’s the best platform of its kind by far.
The fact you know you have a challenge to complete that week is a great way to push yourself every week, the feeling of completing a challenge is a massive boost. Terry and the team are amazing, I have emailed on a number of occasions and they always get back to you and really take the time to ensure you know exactly what to do and are constantly on hand to help.
Couldn’t recommend enough.

Excellent .

I found this challenge brilliant and a great way to measure your fitness levels and not cheat on yourself more importantly. Getting in touch with Terry was great and he was really helpful and I would really recommend any/everyone to try one of the challenges !
All in all a great concept and I will be doing some more of them.

Took part in the 4x4x48

Took part in the 4x4x48, a super tough but awesome experience. Also purchased a t-shirt which is great quality. Deffo going to take let in some other Rokman events..

Great way to improve fitness

Really enjoyed the January challenge. Plenty of options to make it as hard as you want and made a huge improvement to my fitness by the end of the month. Well worth taking part in!

Game On!

Inspired me to challenge myself and it was both challenging and fun. The organisation was excellent, good communication, never failed to respond to SFQs and the social media side made you feel part of a team. Good to see how your efforts compared to others!
