"What makes my experience great?" this review asks. Well, it's Marie, with her friendliness, positivity, encouragement, understanding and the great fun that she enthuses in all of us, that's what makes my experience great! The 1st session I attended I doubted if the routines were for me, due to restrictive painful health issues causing me difficulty. But Marie made it clear that it's fine if anyone can't do certain moves. That increased my confidence to continue with the weekly sessions and any movements I can't do due to physical restrictions I don't feel ashamed, I simply do movements/exercises that I CAN do during the time of the movements that I can't do. We're treated as individuals by Marie and she is so good in her role. So thank you Marie and also Duchycollegecollective, for these wonderful (and free!) sessions, because they are increasing my general fitness 😃.

Marie is such a brilliant instructor. Each week I feel fitter than the week before. She also builds fun into the exercises. Love the music too.

Great exercise class again. The PT let's you do as much as you feel you can. She also provide alternatives, especially if raising your arms.

I’ve attended 3 classes and looking forward to the next :)
The exercises are easy to join in with, follow and learn; they are good fun and challenging. They include range of movement and stretches.
I’m already noticing quite a difference in my shoulder mobility. I previously took a stretch and mobility gym class for a year which didn't help me to gently loosen up my joints as Marie’s class has done in just a few weeks.
You can take the class at your own pace with no pressure. There’s something for everyone.

Carla and I really appreciated this mornings class, and the company present. I am sure that we all benefit from this regular exercise, and even, dare I say it, enjoy it.

Marie makes the classes fun with lots of interaction between the group.

Fantastic fitness class. The instructor is knowledgeable, approachable and kind. The class is warm and friendly and everyone feels included. You can engage at what ever level of fitness you are at. Our age group is of a wide range and you can do as little or as much as you like. The instructor, Marie, explains each routine and lets us know what we are working on. She is well prepared and we have great fun. This is probably the best experience you can have, the group is supportive and Marie fosters an all ability inclusivity. It’s great.

I find the classes very beneficial and fun.
Time goes really quickly.
It's a lovely social event where you get to know different people.

It is so good to have an exercise class close to home. After the classes you leave feel good. They are the sort of exercise that makes you move but not so energetic that you feel you are trying to change your figure type. At my age I just want to keep moving snd have fun doing it. These classes do that

Marie is great. She's really supportive and encouraging and makes the class fun and inclusive. The exercises are energising and we can already feel the benefit.

As someone that hasn't done exercise in recent years, this has been great. Despite the mix of ages and abilities Marie has pitched her exercises to all. With humour and drive she gets everyone going. Despite originally feeling this wasn't for me, I enjoy the light hearted way to exercise.

I was unsure if I should go to the Stronger Together fitness group at Carleen because I have a disability that makes me feel very self conscious. I'm do glad I went. Marie makes it fun and a relaxed group. It has helped me considablely with getting movement in my shoulder. I look forward to Monday afternoons and I'm sure it will help with my balance and leg. Very much hoping and wishing that Marie can carry the group on next year. Thank you Marie you have given me confidence again.
