A great set of challenges over the year. Ver well organised and fun to do. Great benefit is that you are able to adjust each monthly challenge around your fitness levels (4 levels) Would thoroughly recommend.

5 months in now, and it's become a bit of an addiction. Well put together and often harder than you think! The challenge to push yourself and the support from the rest of the Rokman Team drives you to perform above your expectations each week.

Excellent challenges which you can scale to your ability. Leader boards are great for those that want them but there's no pressure to use them. Incredibly friendly and supportive FB group.
Best online event I've come across, hands down!

Discovered Rokman earlier this year and the challenges have kicked my fitness back into gear. Love their ethos and the fact you're pushing your limits. Plus there's a supportive group of like minded people too all willing you on.

I'm a runner who also likes OCR races so when I saw this challenge I was excited as I really liked how it built over 4 weeks with a different type of challenge and a mix of speed, strength and endurance - so would push me on all fronts - And it really did! It was absolutely perfect for getting me back out pushing myself with a supportive on-line group. Although this is a challenge with yourself I'd also recommend being part of the leaderboard as this also helped in pushing me just that little bit harder! Thank you Team Rokman!!!

The Four Horsemen was a very interesting challenge (esp in my personal situation). Well worth attempting.... I think the emblem would come into its own, if you did more Roman Challenges. It’s small...

A group of likeminded individuals who's goal it is is to push our selves to and beyond our limits and achieve great things through fitness. It's a friendly forum and we all support and encourage each other and even offer advice

The Rokman challenges are just that a challenge. However it was a relief to find that not everyone was super fit. The support within the facebook group really spurred me on and I was pleased with my efforts.
I am not the most techie person and had to ask for help once or twice, the responses were quick and represented good value.
Some virtual events feel like paying for the privilege of running on your local streets. This does not well work it.

I love the Rokman challenges and the community of people involved. It's just what I needed to push the limits, get outside my comfort zone and grow as an athlete.

Fantastic challenges to suit all abilities

I have been doing the Rockman challenge for a few months, it has been absolutely fantastic! The challenges have kept me motivated, enjoyed the varied exercises and my fitness has improved! It is very well run, would highly recommend!

These challenges are for everyone and the team in the background are great. An excellent business ethic and always on hand to help

Had a great time completing the challenges was a bit worried I d be the slow jo and I wouldn’t make the grade but it’s been really inclusive and supportive and I’ve really noticed my sprinting practice has started to pay off when I was out on my run this morning 😃 loving the chance to get out with Rokman buddies with a purpose and the obligatory selfie and coffee after 😂some of the achievements on the FB page are awesome! Well recommended!

Absolutely loving this months challenge. The varying type of challenges really offers something for all. I tend to pick the ones that suit me best or I have time to complete that month. That’s definitely one of the best things about Rokman you can dip in and out as you please.
