Roen Health (RX) charged $270.00 to my cc ($135.00 for 2 months) without my knowledge and refused to refund. They say it is a recurring membership charge I went on to sign up because they advertised $69 Glp1 per month and ehrn i got to checkout the total was well over $900. I never hit purchase, i backed out and i have received nothing from them. However, instead they were charging me for a service i never received and also never received the glp1 from them so ehat service were they providing. If an attorney is reading this I would love to start a class action law suit against this company whom also goes by several other names.

Huge Scam! I spent $300 one year ago and I’m still waiting. I’ve called multiple times to get a refund and they kept saying they can’t because it’s “on its way.”. I echo what so many others are saying about this company. Also, they have other names they use : AmRx and Zealthy. I tried to cancel after a couple of doses of GLP-1 they sent, had a very bad reaction that lasted for a couple of weeks. When I contacted them, Melissa B. was on the chat with me & seemed very understanding and agreed that I should cancel with them and work with my primary care provider moving forward. However, the company refused my returning the GLP-1. Now they have attempted to take money out of my bank account with different company names, saying I have interest fees added to nearly $1000 owed. I'm trying to work this out with bank. Their customer service is deceptive. This is a scam company. What a major headache to deal with! Stay away.

I am not happy with this company at all! I paid the $39 and then they wanted like $907. They wanted to take that out of my account once I paid the $39 membership so but then then I canceled the membership and then the next month they weren’t supposed to take anything else out of my account, but they took out $135. I never received the product so in my opinion and I have called them several times they have said they would send this over for review so I can get my money back that I would be getting emails and phone calls and I never hear a thing this company I believe is totally a scam and I thank God all they got out of me was $135 Believe me I don’t have the money to spare, especially if they got my money and I’m not getting a product.

The "Membership" Trap
They lure you in with a promotional rate of $39 for the first month, making you believe this is an affordable, straightforward path to getting your medication. But read the fine print—or rather, try to find it, because their advertising is incredibly deceptive. After that first month, the price quietly skyrockets to $135 every single month.
Here is the absolute worst part: that $135 gets you absolutely nothing. They intentionally make it seem like this recurring fee covers the cost of your actual medication, but it doesn't. It is strictly a "membership fee." You are paying $135 a month just for the privilege of using their platform, and you still have to pay completely out-of-pocket for the prescriptions on top of that. It is a complete scam.
The Cancellation Nightmare
When you inevitably realize you are being ripped off and try to leave, the real headache begins. Their system is actively designed to keep billing you. When you go through the cancellation process, they will continue to charge your credit card. When you confront them about it, their excuse is incredibly shady: they will tell you that you did successfully cancel your original account, but that you somehow created a "second account" that you forgot to cancel, and that is the one being billed. They ask for your credit card at the beginning of the intake, so when I decided I didn't want to proceed with what I was going to get, I assumed it would just not process anything when I exited out of browser. Lo and behold, I am being charged $135 a month for absolutely nothing. I haven't received any of their products and I never even fully completed the intake form. I spoke to someone for information about how it works. I told them I wasn't ready to do anything at this time. They told me to call back when I am ready. The next thing I know they were taking money from my account every month. I tried to call them, finally got an answer by someone who did not speak English. I asked for a supervisor, after waiting a half hour on line, someone came on saying the supervisor was not available, but she would call me back by the end of the day, still waiting for the call back. Do not use this company. I have never given Roen permission to charge anything on my credit card!! How they got my number I have no clue. I received an alert from my credit card company that this company was trying to charge 685.00 to my cc. I immediately declined it. But a 39.00 went through which is being disputed. Then I find out Roen submitted another charge for 685.00 and of all things Citi bank cc allowed the charge. So Citi has sent this to their fraud department. What a scam and headache. Stay away or you will regret. But then again I never signed up with them for product and was charged!!!

Beware their initial contact people who tell you : "I'm sure we can help you, but let's get that credit card info out of the way". After that, you are assessed an enrollment fee and a monthly membership fee even if you decide their product and price is not for you. If you manage to contact someone by phone, they will not do anything they say they are going to do. The only way out is to dispute the charge through your credit card company, or just get a new credit card number, with all the disruption that causes. This company is beyond terrible.
