I called back yesterday and they changed your number or it was disconnected. I am very displeased with this service and this is fraud. I would not trust them or refer them to anyone.

1 star rating is not low enough. I got ripped off close over $1500, charges which are not mine. A credit card I rarely use was charged this amount. Because I don't check this credit card, had no idea I was being charged. Had to cancel the credit card. This was not approved by me. Apparently for weight loss meds? I weigh 110 lbs. I've never received anything or I would have caught it sooner. My bank can only dispute charges back 2 cycles, so I lost a lot of money.

I was charged $39 initial membership but I never received anything and then I had a recurring charge for $135 which they refuse to give you back even though you’ve received absolutely nothing from this company. This is Highway robbery. It’s bad business no one should ever give this company any business. It’s nothing but Fraud.
I just got off the phone with them and they’re saying that they will not refund me anything. It’s all part of the conditions of the membership and it’s a bunch of bullshit. This is robbery even extortion. I’m out $200 for no good reason I hate pharmaceutical companies even more now.

When trying to cancel the transaction I was told to go account, than membership to cancel, but there is no way to do this!! I was also told since I didn't order I could ask for a refund but again, there is no way to get into the account without authorizing the $199 payment. Complete scam! I will now have to call my bank and report the charge.
