I wish there was a negative star on…
I wish there was a negative star on this as this is a terrible company to work with. I called and cancelled 3 months ago and they have continued to charge me without sending medication.
Then when you call they say: oh, you cancelled the medicine but not your membership. Hogwash, why would I call and tell them I do not wish to do business with them anymore and continue my membership??
Poor, poor customer service and an even worse company to deal with.
To add: roen did respond saying they wanted to work with me personally to solve this issue. Well, true to their approach with everything they do: no response to me personally. All they want to do is "appear" that they are concerned with a customer when I'm fact, all they are interested in doing is scamming you and I out of our money.
Well, it's been a week since Roenrx said in their comments that they "look forward to talking with me to resolve this issue". Yeah, still nothing from this company in reaching out to me.
Do not, do not do business with this company unless you like being scammed.
Once again, this company says: "you must not have received the email we sent you". They are correct, I sure didn't! Then they said we will send another. Yep, no email from them. I have checked my junk mail, every folder it may have gone to and yet, no email.
Do not trust this company!

Over priced
Over priced , plus they charge membership and medication fees . The member price doesn't include meds , its just for being a member . And the Low low price is once and back to paying the normal price ......Update post .......not only did I cancel but they took the 199.00 for meds and didn't deliver

Joined 4 months ago. After 60 days they still didn't ship my prescription. The cancel feature on the site doesnt work. Customer support is just AI delivering canned delay answers. They kept billing my card without shipping anything ever. Ended up having to cancel my bank card, putting a block with my bank and filing a police report because they kept trying to bill me. As of today they attempted again to charge my card $199 for the monthly subscription and $135 for the medication - AGAIN - have never received anything from them. RoenRX couldn't be a worse company to deal with. Use this company at your own risk. You have been warned.
**after posting this complaint, they replied asking for me to speak with them. The idea that after 90 days at this point of back and forth telling them the same thing I posted here that now they want to help is laughable. I type this as I’m literally at my bank filing fraud claims since the charges on hold passed yet again.

Fraud
I canceled my subscription last month and had several emails stating that I canceled. I never spoke with anyone concerning what medication I was taking and all of a sudden $199 was taken out of my bank account and I was shipped medication that I never ordered or could use. When I spoke with customer service I was told that the pharmacy had processed the prescription but I would not receive anything else. Fast forward to this month, I have received emails stating to reactivate my membership to receive meds, etc and I never responded. Checked my bank account this morning and another $199 was taken from my account. I called yet again this morning and asked why I was charged since my membership was canceled and I was told my prescription had be sent to the pharmacy. I have asked for a refund and I am sure just like last month, I will be told that since the pharmacy had received the order that nothing can be done. I am printing all of my emails showing where I would not be charged and reporting fraud. I highly recommend not using this company!!!

The worst company ever
The worst company ever! Very fraudulent. They know exactly what there doing advertising the limited time 39$ only to turn around and charge you 199$ on top of that. Nowhere in there advertising did they say the 39$ was for there stupid membership im never even gonna use. I don't know how people like you sleep at night. I want my 39$ back or im reporting your company to the better business bureau. THIEVES!

Do NOT trust this company! They will rip you off big time! We canceled our membership well within the required time but 2 months later, they're still taking money out of my account! I never even got the first product from them! Don't trust them!

I was charged twice
I was charged twice, two different amounts, for my medication refill. Neither charge matched the amount of medication I actually received. I have requested a refund of my money and have heard nothing back from the company. I’m now out about $800. Don’t use this company!

Quick and easy process
Roen was quick and easy to sign up for. Answering the questions and providing the information needed, they were quick to have my wt loss plan and was sent to my door quickly. Starting the process, they provided simple dosage instructions, administration instructions, and drug information. They truly have made this transition in my life a little easier.

Roenrx has made my weight loss journey a very smooth and comfortable transition. The team and staff are great when responding to any questions or concerns. I really like that they are available anytime I have reach out. They also check in with me periodically. The pharmacy and delivery service is awesome as well, I always receive my medication as scheduled. I would recommend Roenrx to anyone seeking assistance with getting their weight down. We're sorry for the confusion this caused. Our program includes a recurring membership, which is outlined during sign-up. The introductory $39 is for the discounted membership, which then renews at $135 per month (or $216 for a two-month prepaid membership) and includes ongoing access to your medical provider, care coordinator, and our app. Medication costs are billed separately and vary depending on the prescribed dosage, which is why higher-strength medications have higher prices. We also offer prior authorization to determine whether your insurance may cover a brand-name weight loss medication.
