I have always been a fan of Rock Bros and have bought many cycling products from them including components, bags, gloves and carrier. I have never had an issue with quality, design, function or (as some people seem to) with delivery speed. Date of experience is last purchase

It slipped around the top tube a bit but that was easily sorted by attaching self adhesive Velcro patches to the the top tube and underneath the bag - can carry 4 snack bars, sun tan lotion and phone and all easily accessible on the move

Great pair of socks excellent quality took a couple of weeks to arrive which is way too long but I’m not sure where your based . Would I buy again most definitely 👌🏻

I ordered some cycle glasses. They were sent via EVRI. EVRI kept trying to deliver to the wrong address and so I never got the glasses. Contacted Rockbrosport via chat and they immediately sent out a replacement pair which arrived in 2 days.

i now used the glasses today on a fantastic sunny UK day and they worked brilliantly.
They are the chromatic kind so go a bit dark to take the glare out. But not soo much that entering forest they clear very quickly.

Great kids helmets with the faceguard. Also, excellent customer service too! We have bought 2 helmets now from RockBros Sport and they have been really good. We had to have a switch of colour with one as my daughter didnt like the one we chose for her for Christmas - the customer service team were really quick to reply and helpful. I have recommended this helmets to others.

Ordered a pair of Bluetooth cycling glasses, arrived with no charger cable, emailed the company who don't reply for at least 24 hours eventually got sent a cable, which was the wrong one again emailed and again waited for a reply, asked for photo evidence, why would I lie, said they would send me the correct cable, it's been over 6 weeks since I ordered and still no cable
This is the second review I've done about this situation and they asked me to take the first one down I refused and now they have stopped responding to the emails

I ordered a bike bell which arrived but has a ridiculously small mounting diameter (impossible for most bikes). I requested a return and haven't heard since.

I bought this for my road bike(s) which have 30mm tyres fitted. Whilst the bike does stand securely the issue is that the inside edge of the stands (which makes contact with the wheel) does not have any soft material installed and so will eventually scratch the deep rims on the wheel. I think that this product was designed to clamp the tyre and not the rim of the wheel so not much use for road bikes.

This low rating for the saddle mounted water bottle cage is based on design only. All other aspects of the product were good but the design should never have gone to production. It's only passible to clamp it on with the seat positioned relatively central or rearward. If your bikefitted saddle position is aft (as in my case) then there is no seat rail available to clamp on to at all and not even a bodge is an option.

This company must be a scam, do not trust!
I purchased a bike rack online from their website which said was in stock in the UK & I would expect a 5 day delivery. 3 weeks later - no confirmation email on purchase, money taken on day of purchase, no responses to my numerous emails asking when I will receive the product!!!
Totally disappointed to have been scammed!

I didn't think the balaclava was very good quality. It squashes the underneath part of your eyes. I bought it because I needed to protect my face from the sun following treatment. It says it's spf 50 but I wasn't convinced. It's nylon and made in China. Feels cheap and the eyeholes aren't well designed. Would not recommend.

I needed a small, lightweight handlebar bag to carry all my bike kit for a Hebridean Way bike trip and this is perfect as it fits neatly on the front handlebars in between all the levers and headlight. It is easy to access and has plenty of room for essential bike repair kit . My friends also got one each and they have been very pleased with theirs too.

I bought ROCKBROS R0 Smart Bike Handlebar Plug & Rear Light. Unfortunately, initially one of the handlebar plugs didn't sync to the other handlebar plug and rear light. However, I contacted Rockbrossport and they sent out two replacement handlebar plugs and now everything works and is in sync. They were easy to install and look great. Thank you.

Product quality and value looks great on the unwrap but paniers need testing in ernest. Delivery good. Very satisfide.

The saddle is great. Very comfortable and as a new rider I was able to go at least three times further than before without getting sore. I like the handle on the back for lifting the bike. The delivery time was quite long I was quoted 5-7 days but it took about 11 days. There was a bank holiday to contend with but the delay seemed to be on the originator end as it took days to even start the journey from China to the uk. Once in this country it only took 2 days to get to me.
