Awaiting an order to ship for over 2 weeks now. The wait time is okay if they replied to my messages and emails but they don't.

Same-day delivery was promised on the website. It’s now been 13 days, and the package is still in China. My refund request is being completely ignored. Very poor service and zero respect for customers.
