Poor customer service communication with the client

The headgear and the mask is a very poor design Very hard to keep Mask on all night

The staff is very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend then to my friends.

The team has been very helpful and responsive to my many questions during the first month of my CPAP therapy. I needed to try several masks before finding the right one, and each time I ordered one it was ready for pick-up exactly when planned. Phone menus are easy to use!

I rarely need to contact but when I do I get prompt professional service. Ordering supplies is easy. The initial set up was friendly and easy. I have recommended to several friends that they switch to this company,if their insurance allows.

Whenever I need supplies they respond quickly.

Every single customer service rep has been totally courteous and helpful. Company exchanged a couple masks I had made a mistake in ordering - no hassle and prompt clear easy return process. Great and hassle-free support.

Had problem with early malfunction of BiPap unit. Got immediate personal service when I visited the company's office and a very quick evaluation/verification that I indeed had a malfunctioning unit and was given a replacement unit right then and there with a live quality check of the replacement unit which I could then take with me immediately.

In my initial use of the company I had had a miserable time for months and months trying a perfectly valid sleep study used to get Medicare approval for a new algorithmic BiPap model to support central apnea. When my pulmonologist finally went to Reliable, they got Medicare approval in one day and I got my new unit with a very courteous and thorough personal familiarization visit from them in just a very few days.

I don't think you could better service than I have received from these folks.

Prompt, accurate and reliable.

I received a ResMed AirSense (the one for men). Formerly (before my house burned down and destroyed all contents including my AirSense for Her) I had an AirSense for Her. The air flow between the two machines is not the same. I was also given a facemask that was so uncomfortable that I forced myself to use it nightly for the minimum time required. I was told by Customer Service that the ResMed (for men) and the machine for women were exactly the same. This is not true. Watch the video "AutoSet for Her" on myair.resmed.com, and it will explain the difference. After 3 months I did request and receive a P10 facemask. I was also supposed to receive a return address label to return the pillows for the first facemask, but have not after 3 weeks. I am disappointed with the RT who first gave me the equipment, who did not seem to understand what I needed - he was clearly confused when I asked why I didn't get the one for women; I am disappointed with the Customer Service people (3 different) who each gave me conflicting information; and I am disappointed that I did not receive an AirSense for Her as I should have.

This has been great using it for a Month. It has improved my blood pressure and I can sleep better. Thank you for introducing this in the health system . I am grateful.

I was a customer of the AA Medical team. However the transition to Reliable Respiratory was fantastic! Your staff was extremely helpful. They always get back to you and if they don't have an answer to your question they will find out either that day or the next. They e-mail right back! Customer service is where it's at! And your staff has nailed it. I would totally recommend Reliable Respiratory.

Great customer service , fast and reliable

When my mothers insurance plan changed and we were informed we needed to establish a new relationship with a new provider for her O2 needs we were like fish out of the water doing research for a reliable provider for all her needs. Reliable Respiratory was on a list of providers accepting her insurance. We made the call and they were the first to answer all our answers and made a home visit. Advocating for my mother was needed, the company was hesitant to provide the more expensive system but understood her limitations and agreed to provide what would be the best for her. At any point of contact this company has been reassuring, knowledgable and responsive. I highly recommend this company to any individual looking for a responsible company that listens and will go the extra effort to make their customers happy and safe.
