I must say I have come to agree with the majority of the negative reviews against this company. Since my last review in 2025, I've only dealt with this vendor twice. The first was ok after I retracted my initial review after speaking to Danny (Owner)but, the last which was a week ago same BS. They claim damage boxes. The postman and I bubble wrapped two boxes of test strips. They were brand new. We took pictures as well. Of course, Sin City comes up with the same crap, damaged boxes, yet sends me a $23 check. The boxes were not damaged and this vendor. has a pattern of the same behavior (not wanting to pay). I will not be dealing with this company anymore in rhe future, further I will be reporting them to the BBB following this review. I would advise all present and future customers to take my advice and go elsewhere. They are SCAMMERS for sure.

I was doing business with them until they said I had a damaged box. I always add up to anticipate how much I’ll get in return and it was far less than what I was supposed to receive. I take pictures of every item I send in the box, emailed them AND called them multiple times with no reply until 3 months later I was able to get ahold of them. Female had an attitude and said, “Oh…it’s you…” She said there was a damaged box and I disagreed and told her I had emailed pictures. Nothing was rectified. SHADY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going there for years, never had a problem, now all the sudden the say I had a damaged box, I send them the same way each time so when they say I had a damaged box, I don’t believe them! So I found a new place that pays the same! They will not rip me off ever again so I found a new place! Diabetic Surplus pays the same for people that have gotten ripped off Like I did!

hello, in march i sent from my home in San Diego ca .
3 boxes containing 100 test strips per box total 300
i never received any compensation to this day i have send messages to the company the packing slip , the bx was tracked when it left my residence in San Diego back to las vegas, since then the price have changed from $20,00 per 100 to $8,00 per 100, you have photos i sent regarding this mishap,
they were not damaged or expired metrix product
i would like to send more , im just not sure.

I mailed my Dexcom G7 meters to these people and they ripped me off They never sent me my money but had the nerves text me asking me did I have anymore Dexcom G7 meters. They didn't pay me the first time. Why would I send them anything else? Thats not happening. They don't answer texts or emails. They ripped me off for $420. They are nothing but a scam. Don't deal with these people cause they will not pay you.

Bad customer service mailed in strips and they sent a email that they received them. I was never compensated in my PayPal days later. When I call I get he machine. When I leave messages I get no return call total scam

Sent seven boxes of dexcom sixes and was only paid for one, I wouldn't send any products to them. They are not paying for what they received.

I used this company a few times with no problems. They were very slow to send the check but it still came. Within the last few months I called and spoke to a representative who assured me they would send a box for me. Never did. I have called and left a message with no response. Other times I called and got a busy signal. Not sure what is going on but I will look for another company.

I'm not sure what to think about this company I thought they were a good company because they gave the most for my box of Test strips I got $50 last month when I sent Them off and this month they only gave me $25 for them.And I know why , because, they weren't messed up. I tried calling them but their phone is busy . I was hoping this was a legit.Good company, but I'm not sure anymore because I know the box.I sent to them was not damaged in any way or expired. So I'm not sure if I'll do business with them again.

I'm not sure what to think. My sister sent out some diabetes supplies to sin city and 2 weeks later, were still getting the run around spin. I'll update if need be.

I can see maybe one box getting lost in the mail but now twice?! Not buying it, again. I have lost over $400 in strips from two shipments just to hear that “the boxes never got there.” I don’t think so, not twice!
Boxes were flawless, never had stickers on them and they came straight from the manufacturer so their exp date was well over a year away. Suffice it to say that somebody here doesn’t give a damn that there are those of us who hold off testing as much as we should just to make a few bucks to keep the lights on.

SCAMMED ME SCAMMED ME. They sent me a box to sent it my unused diabetic test strips and other diabetic equipment, they said it was rejected but they’re keeping my stuff. A friend of mine told me before I did it. They scammed him out of his diabetic equipment but I didn’t listen I thought it was a professional business but nope I was wrong they SCAMMED ME DO NOT USE THEM
