Honestly, with the way I have been spoken to and treated by this company, I do not even want to leave one star, but you have to rate to leave a review. What absolutely miserable people at this company. Every single step of the way for my CPAP machine and ordering supplies, anytime I needed to ask a question or get help, the customer service and billing people have been horribly rude. If they worked at the company I work at, they would be fired in a day. Just gross. Additionally, the sales calls about reordering supplies are relentless. I swear they must recruit from some 'misery with life' support group. No matter how mice I was on the calls, I would be talked over and the CSA would act like they already knew what I was going to ask and like they didn't really care about helping , just wanted to get me off the phone. I never call or write CEOs but I will on this one. I rarely complain about companies either but I'm appalled. This is secondary but their supplies are marked up like 300% -hysterical actually-get your supplies form 1-800 CPAP. No way I would ever choose to work with this company again

Whoever takes the orders from PATIENTS? is very rude. or at least this is my experience. I will be switching back to med/tech a much friendlier company.

RR's customer service is pretty bad. My CPAP machine stopped working; I called and they took my information and told me it was still under warranty and would ship me a replacement.
At no point did the rep ask me to pay for overnight or expedited shipping, which I would have done if asked.
Four days later, no machine, so I call, they tell me because I didn't pay for expedited or overnight it's not shipped out, and it's with the repair team.
When I told them I still have my machine so it's not being repaired, the girl said that just means your ticket is with that group and they'll be sending you a machine soon.
I asked to speak to someone who could get me one shipped out today, was put on hold, and then told they'd ship me one today, overnight, no charge.
Meanwhile another night sans machine that I have come to rely on for a decent night's sleep.
Not good.

They are unreliable. I have new insurance and asked for an email or telephone call to let me know what my co-pay would be. Never called never sent an email. I called. They know how much my co-pay will be but will not tell me until my insurance has cleared in the past I have been yelled at and be rated by the office manager because my insurance, paid too slow for them

I like the Libre 3, but am a bit ticked off at Reliable, the supplier I have, but will soon be leaving. I was sold an over-priced meter that is useless. Medicare was charged $264.25 and I had to pay $164.98 myself. There's an APP that does the same thing as the meter. More actually, and it's FREE. It's the App OR the meter. You can't use BOTH. So that was a waste of $160.00. Reliable also Charges my Medicare $784.92 for 6 Libre 3 sensors, and I end up having to pay $156.98. That averages out to $130.82 per sensor. If you shop around you can EASILY find sensors for under $90.00. THIS Company is price gouging and one of the reasons why medical insurance is going so high!!!

"Reliable" Respiratory is truly horrific. Entirely incompetent, uncaring, deceiving and ignorant to a fault. Each time we attempt to apply to replace my wife's NEEDED CPAP machine they instantaneously create additional obstacles to prevent the acquistion. This includes DENIAL of receiving requested notes SIGNED by my PCP and him including, "My patient has benefited greatly from the usage of the machine for quite some time." Hey, check out "Reliable's" putrid rating given to the Better Business Bureau by other victims of their ineptitude. One can only imagine the frustration of being an elderly patient not capable of expressing himself or herself. In short "Reliable" sucks! - Scott Russell

I expressed my concern to this company over the fact I have severe chronic sinusitis and how they would handle this. Their CSR clearly did not listen and within 48 hours I had lungs and sinuses filled with liquid, had to abandon usage and was treated for the condition. I told them I could not use the machine , another CSR sent a different mask and first tried to have me pay for it. A single use, and condition worsened, and indeed, the Yale pulmonologist ordered the return of equipment and the company sent me an RA and mailing label. They still are trying to collect “rental” payments. Reliable Respiratory knew of my chronic condition from the very first call, and ignored the danger of my using the device.

They charged me $234.21 for a CPAP water reservoir for which everyone else is charging $29. That's eight times as much as everyone else.

All of my experience with RR have been a struggle. They don't check on equipment at all. So, then the equipment fails and the after-hour line when you call for help does work. The tech has not given us a call back I have called the office (after office line) @ this time 4 times no response.

I have been waiting 8 weeks for a CPAP machine. I called them (second time) for an update and was told the order was not proceeding, and never had been. They had not bothered to call or email me or my doctor's office to inform anyone of an issue.
Customer service score = -10. Is it so hrd to pick up phone and call someone?

My experience with Reliable Respiratory has been like dealing with that scam of a CD company in the 90's that kept sending you CD's you didn't want, billing you for them and making it difficult to cancel.

They keep insisting on sending supplies I don't need, billing my insurance for it, and once that ball gets rolling, it is almost impossible to get it stopped.

Their replacement interval for masks and parts is ludicrous, insisting that parts that still work fine "need to be replaced" when they don't. It is practically medical insurance fraud.

Every time I call in because something small is broken and needs replacement, they send me a box of stuff I didn't ask for, don't need and don't want, and then bill a combination of me and my insurance company for it. I have looked for the parts elsewhere, to no avail. I believe I might need a doctors prescription for them, which is stupid, considering how simple they are. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to buy a mask frame on - for instance - Amazon.

Next time I see my primary care doctor I am going to insist that I be switched to a different provider.

The company sent the CPAP machine with the wrong mask. I explained to the technician who set up the equipment. When I called to get the correct mask, because I never heard from them, the rep said it was beyond their thirty day return policy. Even though the policy was never explained to me, she was having none of it. Policy was policy, and that was final. After several more minutes of trying to get her to understand, she abruptly hug up the phone on me. Aetna, my insurance company, is now fully engaged with this company and getting the problem resolved. Customer service and professionalism is at Zero for this company.

Very rude guy on the phone. I would avoid doing business with these people.

Bad customer service. Can't be bothered trying to find solutions to lousy fitting masks. Dont deliver on their promises

they were helpful in getting my order correct.

When I have a problem with my CPAP on the weekend they are never helpful. They say that CPAP breakdown is not an emergency! I will have to find a better trustworthy company.
