This company has been excellent to deal with. The previous company that I had dealt with had many issues that kept me in the dark as to whether or not I had products coming. I am pleased
with their services!

Yes I would recommend this company to anyone. Customer Service is very attentive to my issues. Ordering supplies are very easy. They came to my home to set up my machine and answered all my concerns.

I usually get a few Items that I haven,t ordered I have way too many pads and nothing to.hold them in place .

No complaints whatsoever. They've always shipped to me what I needed, when I needed it.

I think they provide very good customer service. Any problems are quickly resolved.

They’re having trouble billing me (insurance problem) and I’m getting multiple letters of past due balance every week, phone calls, emails... when you’ve been told by insurance you wouldn’t be paying anything out of pocket, past due balances are frustrating.

To add, the billing department as a whole isn’t particularly knowledgeable or helpful. I guess that’s where the bulk of my rating is coming from. I’m helping you try to get money and... too much

I’ll update if things change in a surprising way.

Edit: Nothing has improved. I’m having my insurer tell me over and over, I’m covered, they haven’t billed us... then they billed them... and they still keep demanding I pay for ... it’s convoluted. Just know that when they say “free”, they mean “well send it to collections if you don’t pay.” Again, I’ll update if anything surprising happens.

The technician who set up my CPAP machine was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was sent a bill, that was NOT submitted to the Insurance company and stated that the balance was due and is my responsibility. I did not believe this was a correct statement. This was NEVER submitted to my Insurance Company. I had to call Reliable Respiratory billing department. The comment was made by the person on the phone, that someone there didn't do their job. No sorrys where exchanged for the inconvenience.

I have experienced a problem with mask sizes and each time they sent me another model immediately. This effort I normally donot expericed with very few companies,

I am on oxygen 24/7 and have had other companies handle my oxygen which would takes weeks to get! I have been left without oxygen several times by other companies. Reliable Respotory is exactly what it says!! Reliable!!! They are friendly and help you with anything! I honestly for the first time feel safe having Reliable Respotory!!

I like the service that I have received from them. My only issues that I have ever had with RR is billing. It's not easy with insurance companies, but I received 5 bills this past fall all within a few weeks of each other all with conflicting information.
