When I voiced problems with fit and issues, i was never called back to check if the issues were resolved. This happened twice. Service was great the first two weeks when they called 2 weeks in a row to check how things were going. Then when I actually had issues, they never called back

Great communication, supplies always delivered in a timely fashion.

I'm disappointed in this place. I set up payments . Now the change the amount. And to date I've received no replacement parts or filters. Seems to me if you quote a cost , the amount of payments. And set up card to get it paid on time. You should have it handled. Very disappointing.

Reliable Respiratory has been very “reliable.” When I placed my first order they explained what I might need for my CPAP machine and why. They answered my questions about billing, my obligations and any other issues I wanted addressed. The bottom line is that the representative I talked to was was knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. When I am on Vacation in Thailand my CPAP has a 12 hour difference in time from when I am home but it can't adjust by itself. It therefor Starts my day at 12 midnight and gives me a bogus reading for hours slept because it still thinks I am in EST back at home. It would be nice if my CPAP was web based and I could give it a valid WIFI name and then you could manage it from anywhere in the world to set the time and give me daily reports rather then having to wait until I get home for reports which will still not be correct due to the time difference. You will give me Midnight until I get out of bed and then later that day from my bedtime until midnight. The CPAP give me a report from Midnight till I get out of bed and the only other info is Seal & Humidity and it is rated with a Smiley Face. I assume it would be a Frowny Face if I was not doing well but I have never seen that. It would be real nice if I could see the on-line report but as I understand it you use Cellular to connect and that could be expensive for you. I use SKPYE (a Microsoft product) to call back home and it only costs me $14 per month with unlimited talk time for Asia to the USA and back to Asia.
