I bought two arm-pads for my Herman Miller chair. This was already difficult because I did not know what to buy exactly, and the exact model of my chair. I got an enormous help from them in buying the arm pads (in fact this was the second time I tried to buy these arm-pads and, with the other enterprise, not good in service I failed). The guided me in the buying and I got the product quick and in good state.

Despite of the excellent service, due to an error induced by me, the arm pads were wrong (for a different Herman Miller model). Regardless of this, I got a very quick replacement of the arm pads at no cost (nor for replacement neither for transport).

In my opinion, the overall experience with the company cannot be better and the after sales service went beyond any expectation. If there were more than 5 stars I still would rate this company with all of them.

There was an issue with my chair, but the company was eager to fix it and we found a good solution. Can recommend!

I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller Chair as a New Year’s gift for my husband, who is a programmer and spends long hours at his desk. Since using the chair, he no longer has neck or back pain — we’re both very happy!

The service was fantastic: I received an email right after ordering with confirmation of payment and shipping. I live in Italy, and the chair was delivered quickly, well-packaged, and in perfect condition.

I’m so satisfied that I’m now planning to buy a second chair for myself. Great quality, great service — highly recommended

I am updating my review for Refurbished Miller. After a long and frustrating wait, the chair finally arrived on March 10th with a pleasant surprise—a box of stroopwafels, adding a gentle Dutch touch to the delivery. The journey was far from smooth.

I ordered the chair on November 29th 2024, and it took over three months to arrive. The initial delivery date was supposed to be within a few weeks, but after Christmas, I received no updates or communication. My emails to support went unanswered until I threatened legal action.

Support eventually tried to resolve the issue diligently, and I agreed to pay a premium for a new chair instead of a refurbished one. On March 3rd, I received a tracking link from DHL, but the package was still listed as "awaiting receipt." Support claimed the chair was on its way, but five days passed with no update. This experience was nothing short of terrible.

However, the final delivery and the thoughtful addition of stroopwafels have somewhat redeemed their service.

I still believe that the initial handling and communication were unacceptable, but the positive end to this ordeal has softened my stance. I would still advise others to be cautious and prepared for potential delays, but the final touch was appreciated.

Bestilte en stol den 23. januar 2025 og fik både ordrebekræftelse samt faktura samme dag. Dagen efter blev pengene trukket fra vores konto. Vi har hverken hørt eller set noget til stolen, så jeg rykker den 12. februar - uden at de vender retur. Vi har også forsøgt at komme i dialog med dem, den 17. & 26. februar både via deres kontaktformular, hjemmeside samt på Instagram - også uden held. Der er total radiotavshed.

Hace 6 semanas que hice el pedido y no he recibido nada. Según atención al cliente, hay un glitch entre control de calidad y shipping que no permite que el pedido se complete. No hay nada de claridad, teniendo en cuenta el precio del producto este servicio es pésimo.

I ordered Mirra 2 , after 3 weeks , they said they can't honor the order that was paid for in advance and tried to sell me other chair ... Mirra 1.

Asking for refund , hope there will be no further issues. i do not recommend!

Vor einem Monat bestellt - bis jetzt, auch auf Nachfrage, keine Antwort erhalten.
Letztes Jahr waren wir mit unserer Bestellung sehr zufrieden.

Nach der Bewertung kam prompt eine E-Mail und ein Tracking-Link für DHL-Express. Soll nun am 20.02.2025 kommen.

I bought a chair 2 months ago, but it somehow got forgotten (which led me to write my initial review, that I'm updating today).
Once made aware of it through my review, the team was very reactive and professional. I received the chair shortly after. The chair is in good condition.

Commande passée le 9 janvier, reçue le 14 février. Défaillance dans la mise à jour et le suivi de commande par email, numéro de téléphone de l'entreprise hors service. Et pourtant la commande a bien été livrée et le produit est conforme. Bonne qualité , bon état. je recommande mais munissez vous de patience

After I complained more and left this review (maybe a coincidence) I finally got contacted by a representative of the company and my situation was quickly resolved. Apparently, there were some unexpected delays, about which I wasn't informed in due time. Shortly after, I received my chair in perfect condition, even with an upgrade.

Upgrading experience from 1 to 4 stars just because after all quality is really good. Can't give 5 stars, initial communication was too poor. I might've not had any problems with the delays if they had been properly communicated right away.

Ordered a chair in early January with expected dispatch within a week. No information or response to communication anywhere ever since (sent a couple of emails, tried to reach out on facebook, whatsapp link is dead). Filing a chargeback via bank, hopefully it'll work.

I don't know what's happening, this company was recommended to me by a coworker. It looks like they just silently went out of business taking our money with them.

Oorspronkelijk kreeg ik een stoel opgestuurd die bepaalde opties miste, omdat de beschrijving op de website niet klopte. Daarover contact gehad, ze erkenden direct het probleem. Verschillende mensen hebben me zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Met hun advies een andere stoel gevonden die wel precies deed wat ik wilde. Met een mooie korting, ook nog. Omruilen van de stoelen kon binnen een week, bezorger was stipt op tijd en vriendelijk. En na een paar dagen kreeg ik nog een mail met de vraag of de nieuwe stoel naar wens was. Heel attent.

Kortom: goed bereikbaar, nette service!

I regrettably cannot recommend this shop for refurbished Aeron Miller chairs due to a profoundly frustrating experience. In mid-December, I placed an order, only to discover by month’s end that the warehouse had forgotten to ship it. Over the following month, I constantly nudged customer support via email and chat, receiving sporadic replies (at best—they responded to only 30% of chat inquiries). Despite assurances, the chair never shipped.

Exhausted by the lack of accountability, I requested a refund. Two weeks later, I’m still waiting for my money, with zero communication from their team. Emails go unanswered, and chat support remains inconsistent.

This shop’s combination of operational incompetence, abysmal communication, and disregard for customer concerns is staggering. Save yourself the stress and avoid purchasing here—reliable service and basic professionalism are clearly absent.

La promessa di una consegna rapida, come garantita sul sito in 2/5 lavorativi, non è stata assolutamente soddisfatta. Ci è voluto un mese (26 giorni) senza alcun avviso su eventuale ritardo. difficile ottenere una risposta rapida e, comunque, sempre evasiva e mai che porti ad una spiegazione. non consiglio affatto il sito
