je kan uw account niet stopzetten voor dat je betaald Er was een fout met het rekeningnummer, maar ik heb altijd wél keurig betaald. Doe geen zaken met dit bedrijf.

Absolute scammers they doubled our monthly fee for tracker saying it was a 3 year contract and it was up so it doubled but they never notified us if an increase which by law they have to.
Also when we rang to cancel they said there’s a 3 month rollover so we have to pay 3 more months after cancelling even though we are out of contract they then said there’s is a charge of €45 if we don’t return the tracking device which they will obviously throw in the bin when returned but they are just making it awkward for us.

Fiz pedido de esclarecimento ao qual pediram os meus dados, mandei um email a dizer que não queria trabalhar com eles e mesmo assim fizeram debito direto da minha conta pessoal quando os dados que dei eram o da empresa. Não assinei nenhum documento. Não respondem aos emails.

Worse company for keeping to their promises. They must employ the best sales people in the world, they lure you in with BS, 'we cant be beaten on price'. They claim to be the main share holders of UK fuels, and as such will never be beaten on price. For the last 6 weeks, out other fuel card provider have been quite a bit cheaper, and they dont seem interested at all as to why we are not using their cards. Maybe they look after the big hitters, but they are definitely not interested in our business.

Al 3 jaar tank ik via hun hele mooie afspraken dacht zit wel goed liep mooi automatisch geen omkijken naar tot..
Kreeg een overdreven hoge factuur ik deze bekijken waar het vandaan kwam. Kwam ik erachter dat de prijzen van hun vergeleken de pomp veel hoger zijn. 1,88 liter diesel en 2,33 liter benzine. Ze gebeld waar dit op slaat moet ze op terug komen. 30 min later word ik gebeld ja u heeft nog de oude regeling kan u nu een aanbod doen voor laagste prijs garantie.
Vraag ik oke dus met terugwerkende kracht als dit inderdaad verouderd is wel zo netjes naar je klanten toe die up to date te houden met veranderingen.
Niet mogelijk was een nieuw aanbod.
Heb het even terug bekeken alleen dit jaar al meer dan 1500 euro teveel betaald vergeleken de pomp prijzen en dan zou je korting hebben. Oplichters en vieze profiteurs!!!!

been with some years prices not great but now they have added a 1% charge on litres so i get 4p off ate the pump then they add 1% on what i have so now i get 3p , to top it all i did agree with them and they agreed to drop it to 0.5% well that happened once and for the last 3 weeks its back toy 1%, have rang them ever week to sort and they say its done but ever week its still the same , well thats the last time as gone to some else and i am geting 8p off , so radius stick your cards where the sun dont shine

Terrible experience – hidden charges everywhere
Radius constantly hit me with unsolicited charges. Their service is pathetic, with extremely poor communication, and they even charge you for calling them after begging you to come back. I’ve never encountered a company with so many hidden fees that magically appear. I deeply regret doing business with them and not reading Trustpilot reviews before signing up. Unfortunately, can't go lower than 1 star

Sono veramente delle persone scorbutiche e cantastorie ! Carta perennemente bloccata per fantomatici addebiti non andati a buon fine nonostante il rid sia agganciato correttamente in modo da così farti pagare la penale di 30/40/60/ o di 80 euro
Carta a costo zero carta che ogni mese costa 2/3 euro potendola utilizzare perché perennemente bloccata da qualche fantomatica scusa che si inventano loro
Una cosa e’ sicura ho già scritto al mio avvocato che se entro questa settimana non mi danno la possibilità di sganciare il rid perché automaticamente non si sgancia o la possibilità di poter usare la carta partirà una bella scrittura o denuncia così vediamo se imparano un po’ di educazione le signorine tanto per bene che rispondono al telefono ! Evitateli in ogni dove colpa mia che sono incappato in. Questo brand di carte carburante ! Squallore e truffa !

Ad oggi carta bloccata e mi chiedono 500 euro di deposito cauzionale per poterla riattivare non vi fidate perché sono veramente assurdi ora sono giorni che provo a chiedere la disdetta della carta ma senza riscontro ! Male per chi ci capita con questi qua !

The sales person who created my account was very rude and did not listen to me.
He was dishonest and just interested in pushing the account through.
He registered the account to my personal address which was made crystal clear was not permitted or to go ahead, he hung up the phone and proceeded to finalise in my absence.
Looking through my emails I believe it was Andrew Powell who dealt with it.
He knew he did wrong as he never sent the review link like he said he would.

Update i received a call so you managed to find my account fine.

Such a scam this company 😡 what a shame that I didn’t go through the reviews before use this company’s service. It’s for sure this company give you hard time .. never use this company if you needs a stress free, relaxing life. I have made the payment but still chasing for the unsolicited fees/Charges imposed on. I have clearly stated poor service and do not want to use their service but they didn’t care and kept adding their fees on my account. I strongly suggest “”” Do not buy any products from this Company “” this company is a scam. Never recommend and if there is no option to Zero star, would have done it.

Zij hebben een hopeloze service, telefonisch zeggen ze verschillende dingen, sommige kennen er niet van van denk ik, eerst zegt men dat men de pincode kan aanpassen en volgens de website kan het ook. nadien zeggen ze dat het niet kan; Bijgevolg niet kunnen tanken. Ga nooit bij deze organisatie!!

Beste mensen ga hier zeker niet mee in zee ! Grootste oplichtingters dat ik ken ! Ik ga tanken aan de pomp ik moest 82 euro btalen aan de pomp en radius rekent mij 102 euro aan hoe kan dat allemaal zo maar en ja ze mogen het kan je niets aan doen . Mijn rekening moest betaald zijn op 02 08 2025 . Ik heb ze op 02 08 dan ook betaald . Nu haden ze mjjn betaling pas 03 09 en moet hier 80 euro extra voor betalen ! Vuile oplichters
