Excellent and convenient
Had a car service carried out at home. Good amount of emails and texts on the run up, and I got a text on the day when they were on their way.

Fixed the problem
Had to have a new battery, I have had something draining my battery intermittently, and hopefully not only did the mechanic replace the battery quickly and efficiently, but he has hopefully identified the issue.

So easy! Just booked online, received email and text confirmation. On the day before, the mechanic sent a text with appropriate arrival time. He turned up, did a great job and advised on a couple of things I need to sort in the near future. Very pleased with the service.

Kyle came at the specified time. Was very quick and efficient. He was a very polite young man.i would recommend them to anyone. It was so much easier than driving to a garage and having to go back for your car when done

First time using the RAC mobile service…
First time using a the RAC mobile service. Very impressed with service from start to finish! I was kept well informed in the lead up to appointment, of what to expect and when to expect my mechanic, Andy.
Andy contacted me during morning of appointment, with an eta, and arrived on time, at an address normally very tricky to find. Andy made a very good impression, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. The overall service was excellent, very good to meet Andy, and I would highly recommend this service over a traditional garage.
I will certainly use RAC & Andy, going forward, for any future mechanical issues!
