I reported my car at 4.30
I reported my car at 4.30, at 9.30 I received a call to say that the car needed to be recovered and they would call me back within 20 minutes. I'm still waiting for that call 3 days later. I was on holiday on my own, which I explained to everyone single person that I spoke to on the 27 phonecalls that I have had to make regarding this breakdown. I needed a replacement car which at least 5 different people told me they would arrange and escalate the request. I'm now home and have been for over 24 hours and I'm still waiting for a call to arrange the courtesy car! Thankfully the dealership I bought the care from arranged for a hire car so I got home. I had a call at 11pm last after being home since 5pm to say that if they knew I was on my own and nearly 200 miles from home they would have paid for a taxi. In the 25 phonecalls I made, I told everyone single person that exact same details and not once did they tell me I could have a taxi. The whole experience was an absolute joke, if I could give leas than 1 star I would. My car for collected 1 and a half days after it was supposed to be collected and the I got told it would take 5 days to get it back to the dealership. Stay away, thankfully I had support but if you want a reliable company to look after you and support you through a stressful time, I'd go for AA or green flag. Avoid at all costs absolute shambles

Had to call regarding renewal as bank…
Had to call regarding renewal as bank did not transfer payment due to errors in RAC requesting payment from bank, this resulted in a additional £20 on my renewal cost.

Second year of using this company
Second year of using this company. No fuss checking the level of cover and booking. Price is ok compared to others online. Havent had to make a claim so cant comment on that area of the insurance .
