Lee flynn looked after me well and may me feel confident to switch to business tariff

I had a phone call with Sacha today about a query on my account, I was thoroughly pleased with how she dealt with it. Very informative and ever so friendly.

After continuously paying so much for our mobile packages, I was so pleased to come across pure communication! Amazing experience from start to finish.

Lee was so helpful in finding us the best package! Thanks again! (Aqua Platinum)

Been working with Lee Flynn for a while now and every time I send an email or call to add extra sims/phones he’s always there to help me. He gives me a new quote/price within a matter of minutes , nothing is ever to much trouble for him and the rest of the customer service team are just as reliable.

Wow just wow, all I can say is what a bloke Mr Lee Flynn is!! He has gone above and beyond to source me a amazing deal for my company, he’s like a breath of fresh air, always communicating with me when there’s updates and always helping out no matter how small the situation and creating a great bond, All round great service!!

Taylor at pure communication group has been fantastic. They made switching network from three to Vodafone quick and stress free, solving the signal issue I had been experiencing. Clear communication, great support and everything was handled smoothly - highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from the Pure Communication team! Special mention to Sam who promptly addressed all my questions, concerns, and queries from initial enquiry to delivery (and beyond!) via WhatsApp, email, text, or call. I am very impressed at the high level of care we received from Sam and his colleagues especially as we are a small company and our order was quite modest. Well done Pure Communications! I would have no hesitation in using your services again.

My new business contracts with 02 were organised very efficiently by Sam who was a pleasure to deal with. He advised me and kept me up to date via WhatsApp and phone calls all the way through the procedure and managed to get me a good deal. Highly recommended.

Not for small businesses. Lots of hidden contractual elements with this company. They might be ok for the larger businesses but for a small new company, I felt miss led and tricked into signing an extra long contract. Not recommended

Lee Flynn was an exceptionally helpful sales person who went above and beyond our expectations. He delivered a business option that was most welcome and it will be fantastic to have the company expertise and assistance going forward. A very satisfied customer!

Sam was brilliant at explaining exactly what the options were and helping secure the best deal possible. There were no wait times and made to feel like they had your best interests in mind rather than just another sale.

We changed our contract from Vodafone to O2, it was a seamless transfer and everything worked well. In terms of the early redemption transaction, we we paid within hours of receiving our invoice. Would highly recommend.

Been with pure communication for some time now. And I can’t fault their work. Sam gave we a call to see what we could do with renewing my phone contracts. And he was brilliant even help me a save a few £. Amazing quick and easy service and only a phone call away for help.

Sam was very attentive and extremely helpful. Everything was done so quickly and easily.

The phones and service have been fantastic.

Ben was great to deal with, really personable and found me a great deal for our business phones.
The termination fees were paid within 24 hours, which I was really impressed with, as there was no waiting around for the large sum that was payable.
I would highly recommend Ben ad the team at Pure Communication!

I lost my phone in a cab in Spain and was beyond desperate!!! So difficult to speak to phone companies these days. Pure had emailed the company a while back and I’d filed under “in case”. So I called on Wednesday. Spoke to Josh. He sent forms over for an iPhone 16 contract on an amazing value deal. I had notification on Thursday am that phone would be delivered that day!! Totally awesome service from Josh and his colleagues Jenny (I think) and Fahid. Will be our favoured phone supplier in future.

Very please and surprised at deal they got me. I was contacted with a cold call asking about company phones which I have been often and generally give the same answer that I am in contract and I have to say, didn't think they would be able to get me a better deal than I could direct. They were persistent and called when my contract was nearly up and after a couple of years I let them quote. They got me such a better deal. I was on sim only with 3 business and could get all in at £15 plus vat each. They got me all the above plus worldwide for £18 inc vat. They paid my 6 months remaining contract as well. Needless to say I switched. Each time I have had a query, Lee Flynn, my account manager has answered everything and paid our last invoice from 3 same day I sent it over.

I cannot recommend the team at Pure Communications enough. Their support is consistently top-notch, handling queries and sales with efficiency and expertise. Every interaction has been a pleasure, making it clear that they genuinely value their customers. A truly outstanding team to work with!

A massive thank you to Ben, Sacha and the team.
They have been a great support. From the very first call nearly 2 years ago, they have been fantastic. Very responsive with any queries and even better that we get to speak with someone straight away. Pure Communication Group deserve the 5 stars and we are very happy to recommend them to others. Thank you for going above and beyond with the extra handsets!
