Pure Communication Group Arvostelua

Renewed phone contract and changed provider from EE to Vodafone.

After providing PAC codes, received new handsets in the post OK, but have now been cut off from EE without having new SIM.

Terrible management from Pure Communication Group to go ahead with this before checking we had the new SIM cards.

Now 24hrs since being cut off, without new SIM or E-SIM, and no-one answering from Pure Communication Group.

Not happy.

Was thinking of wanting a new phone, they were able to upgrade me with a new phone through great communication and being able to assist and answer any questions I had whenever I reached out!

Experience with Pure communication has been great. 5 out of 5! Highly responsive, special mention to Sam Dean who has been so helpful with any queries, really fits my business! I hated spending ages on the phone to the big suppliers, Pure communication have saved me that stress and time out of my day. Highly recommend!

Straightforward service provided by Sam Deans of PCG. Answered all questions and queries. No pushy sales tactics. So all round good service.

Pure communication have been very helpful from the moment they got in touch with ourselves and sorted out a really great deal on our phones. When they emailed the contract etc they were simple and straightforward to do and return.

Pure communication have been absolutely superb with both their level of service and the lead time for phones. Lee and his team are always so helpful and efficient with what they do. Highly recommend.

Spoke to Josh on the phone who gave me great customer service. Listened to my needs and explained the different options available. Would highly recommend

Taylor from Pure Communication Group was amazing! I had 8 months left on my contract and thought I’d be stuck paying a higher rate, but Taylor went above and beyond to help me get out early and find a much better deal. Really pleased with the service and support

Decided to take on a business mobile contract, these guys sourced me a great deal, and was so quick and easy to get up and running, very friendly, professional service.
Thank you.

Excellent service for new business customer!
I’d been looking for a new business phone contract for a while, then I come across Lee and Pure online, I was a bit hesitant at first but after speaking to Lee several times on the phone/on email I felt so at ease with it all, not only did Lee spend a lot of time recommending different tariffs, he also took the time to to find me the right handset. One thing that really impressed me was the monthly cost, it was much better value than what the networks offered direct and to top it off Pure then covered my 5 month early termination fee from my existing provider (was literally paid into my account within an hour or so) very happy customer!!!

By chance a phone call from Taylor at PCG became the perfect solution I required. My phone is my life in self employment and after years of unsatisfactory service and reception I needed a change. Taylor gave me excellent advice on changing contracts and saw through all very smooth procedure of changing over. All the way through Taylor understood what I wanted and needed and at times when I was a tad grumpy with him, he guided through. Apologies Taylor but thanks PCG. Very pleased with the service you have given me.
