THEY ARE CHARLATANS, THROUGH AND THROUGH.. THESE HAD ME ON THE HOOK FOR WEEKS, PROMISING ALL KINDS, THEN, FALSELY CLAIMED I HAD COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENTS, TOLD ME LIES, ASKED ME TO FURNISH THEM WITH INFORMATION (BREAKING GDPR LAW) , THEN, CHEEKY AS, ATTEMPTED TO BLACKMAIL ME INTO PAYING THE CONTRACT ? SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY , THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND TRY TAKE YOUR MONEY... I WROTE A REVIEW PRAISING THESE BEFORE , 3MNTH LATER ALMOST FOUND THESE OUT

I was looking for a good solution for my corporate SIM and having recently gone through the lengthy process of setting up a limited company I wanted the process to be as simple as possible.

During my research, I've stumbled upon the deal from Pure Communications, and I'm so glad that I did! Sam Deans has been an absolute star during my onboarding!

This is a total scam of a company - do not get a phone contract with them. Nobody answers the phone and they lie about contract prices. STAY WELL AWAY.

SAM my account manager has handled the potentially highly irritating switch from one Mobile provided to another with care and skill making the whole process seamless and totally stress free - a great service. Highly recommended.

What are an appalling customer service border service from this company system that they provided mobile contract with? Plan.com? Never worked from day one and then they’re telling me I’ve gotta pay them still this is not happening and they refuse to take me out to contract free of charge and they’ve told me I’ve got a pay termination fees if I wanna leave so do not go with this company they are monkeys. I have reported them to the government because they are falsely advertising sales as well, I’m gonna get this company shut down. Nobody ever buy anything from this company.

Very responsive! Quick communication and hassle free switching service offered from another provider so far. Didn't like being contacted on personal Whatsapp for a business matter and we had a small delay in porting our numbers due to a national outage but an otherwise smooth process. The same emails were received twice quite a few times which I assume is a glitch on their CRM system but our account manager was friendly and helpful throughout and I would recommend the service.
