Pure Communication Group Arvostelua

Great customer service. My i-phone and I called David Naylor at 08:30 in the morning and had a replacement the next day.

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Josh Perryman could not have done more to help us with our mobile contract.

Great service from Josh from Pure Communications. Friendly jargon free support. Thank you.

A big thank you to Ben and his team, what a great support network. From the first call three years ago to speaking to Ben today, they have never let me down, any issues are delt with straight away. No hanging on the phone waiting to speak to a human!! Direct contact and personal service is rare these days, Pure Communication Group have it just right.
Happy to recommend to others. Thank you

Josh Perryman has been very helpful with my new phone contract. Happy with the service and after care I have received. Would highly recommend.

Been in contact with josh, sorted me a new contract start to finish. Was very helpful and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. Great service.

I received a call from a private mobile number with this business name, with the caller mentioning my name and business name, saying I was in contact a year ago. Well, I never have been as per my records, and I have requested this business not call me again.
I suspect someone from the business took a chance by searching other business names for a cold calling opportunity. That isn't smart and very deceitful. Wouldn't recommend them at all, this business should be flagged for deceitful cold calling activities. Can't believe the positive reviews on here!

Had a call from Tom Milham today and he was amazing to deal with, absolute pleasure would happily speak to him again.

I received a cold call from Tom Milham and whilst it was unexpected it was a pleasure to speak with him. Very professional and handled the call very well. I typically wouldn't give a cold caller the time of day but glad I did with Tom - Well done Tom and keep up your great work!

Received a great call from Tom today, very professional and informative. thank you for your persistence Tom.

I spoke with two different companies in an effort to upgrade my iPhone. At Pure Communication I had 3 or 4 conversations with Lee and the contrast between his approach and the salesman at the other place was night and day. I'd go from one conversation that was a classic, pushy and over the top pressure sale to dealing with Lee, which was like chatting to a friend who had my best interests at heart. I appreciate Lee has a job to do and sales to make but he conducts himself with a class that you will rarely get to experience in sales these days. Regretfully I made a decision to go with a refurbished phone elsewhere (not with the pushy guy) in order to reduce my costs. I say regretfully because I would have really liked to have given Lee my business but unfortunately needs must. Thanks again Lee for all your efforts.
