All passport not accepted
Beware about passport numbers in the profile. Indian passport number not accepted. They will ask to add an additional zero at the end, which is actually changing your passport number!!!
For their bug in the system, you have to change your passport number!!! ridiculous

Good Service, test confusing though?
Everything from website, ordering and delivery was first class. Even the help at Customer Service Chavani Mhinga excellent.
But............ opening account in preparation of test was not clear when to do it. All around the words "do not activate before your ready for test"
Ok, I eventually realised with help to open account.
Then the test. You follow instructions then you complete and get result. You are ready to activate etc and Connection says wait 15 minutes before activate to get actual result.
All this I did, activate and THEN it shows "timer" to wait 15 Minutes.......... well I had already done this so I had to override and submit. About two hours for result.
All is well........ but slightly stressful following a very detailed guideline.
