Update (31/08/2026): Project EV has now contacted me and sent an engineer to fix the issue with the device. It is working so far. Thank you Project EV.

If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it. I’ve been trying to get in touch by phone and online for over a week with zero success. Customer support repeatedly asks for my preferred callback time, but when I provide it, no one calls. Whenever I call them directly, I’m left on hold for hours without ever reaching an agent. The bottom line: I have their charger installed, but I still can't charge my car.

Lewis was understanding and patient and with a few questions and slight changes charger now up and running you are a credit to Project Ev Lewis

I spoke to Jacque Khan who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with- he explained the questions I needs to have answered carefully and in a way that I could easily understand. Then referred me to hte relevant department . Good service & good communication.

My charger displayed a fault, on calling Project EV customer service my issue was instantly understood. The initial attempt to resolve via the internet failed but service and clear instructions to arrange a site visit received was 5 star - thank you Paul Kolawole

I had been trying to get my charger active with email guidance at several occasions and been unsuccessful.
Today Paul had been really helpful and sorted it.
Paul has been very patient, attentive and gave me clear instructions and made it look so easy. I appreciate his excellent communication skills and expertise in dealing with the customers according to their needs. A big thanks and well done to Paul.

I installed my charger at work for visitors before i had an electric car. When I got my Electric Car i then had to work out how to use my Project EV charger. I got it set up online but it was not showing the in app, so i called for support and Paul couldn't have been more helpful. The carried out a firmware upgrade and got it connected to the app very quickly. I am very happy.

The customer service agent Samuel Phillips is extremely helpful regarding our EV charger set up . He guided my husband through the phone and even gave him a call back when the line suddenly dropped. Thank you Samuel . You saved our day.

Simple clear instruction via telephone call

Oh wow. Customer service at its highest. Never felt so good after speaking to tech support. Sam Philips and Jaida - excellent staff members. Sam helped me set up my Apex 7S in the most patient manner. Taking his time to talk through each step. We hit a setback with the Apex not being able to contact to 5G wi-fi. He guided me to exactly what I should request from my broadband provider. Once I sorted that with them (which was not such a good experience as I had with Sam). I called back and spoke with Jaida. Wow, so, so happy that she was able to continue right where Sam left off. Advised on what to check on the fuse charger, she reset the system, updated the version and talked me through everything I needed to know.

I’m up and running and feeling extremely grateful and so pleased to experience this wonderful service. Thank you Jaida and Sam. Thank you Project EV.

Really good customer support (although wait times can be a bit long sometimes and the online chat bot seems to disconnect you without telling you) - but once you do get through the support is first class. Thanks to Jacques for his his help
