I have been dealing with Jacque Khan on a daily basis since August 2026. Nothing is a problem and things are always sorted quickly and efficiently.

Jacque is professional without being overly formal, and friendly without making every conversation feel like a customer service script.

Excellent service, always helpful and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.

I received great service today from Paul; having recently moved into a property where an EV charger was already installed, I was initially unable to connect, but through the WhatsApp support, I was able to get connected via screenshots and helpful advice. Paul even took the time to follow up with a phone call afterwards. Thank you once again for your assistance! 😊

Did experience communication problems initially however once contact was made, the service I received was very good. Particular thanks to Phil, who stepped in and also Darren the engineer who installed the device.

I have a Eviq Pro 7 charger which used Electric Miles software. I've had regular difficulties charging my car due to what I think were bugs in the software. I rang Eviq Pro tech support on 0800 0612143 and spoke with a chap called Jacque Khan from Project EV. Bless him he was incredibly patient with me and knowledgeable about the problem. In total it took 2 calls over 90 mins to sort it out and we got there. I'm very grateful to Jacque for giving me all that time and very, very importantly sorting the problem out. I can charge my car again. Big thumbs up to the company for providing this level of support and to their well trained and knowledgeable tech agents. Thanks Jacque, very grateful to you.
UPDATE

I had need to call them for further explanation of a few oddities regarding the ap. The chap, Samuel Philips, was also very patient. He too was very knowledgeable and understanding of the software. He also listened carefully to my issues so that he could give me an accurate answer and solution. He gave me some great tips to help me avoid difficulties in the future.

I really am gobsmacked at the quality of the support from Project Ev. Huge thank you.

I had an issue with my EV charger.
Spoke to Alexander Sexton on 9/9/26.
He was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. He guided me through the faults with the charger and ultimately fixed the issue. This was despite a very poor phone line. His patience and tine were very much appreciated

We needed an engineer to come and take a look at our charger and we thought that it would take weeks for someone to come out however Jacque Khan from the scheduling team arranged us an engineer to attend the next day! Top quality service!

John Bone from Project-EV has worked his magic, providing a new charging point, liaising with Octopus so that I can now use their Intelligent system to charge the car. A big thank you to John and the power of Trustpilot.

Update (31/08/2026): Project EV has now contacted me and sent an engineer to fix the issue with the device. It is working so far. Thank you Project EV.

If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it. I’ve been trying to get in touch by phone and online for over a week with zero success. Customer support repeatedly asks for my preferred callback time, but when I provide it, no one calls. Whenever I call them directly, I’m left on hold for hours without ever reaching an agent. The bottom line: I have their charger installed, but I still can't charge my car.
