Jacque was great, took me through step by step what to do to get my EV charger working without rushing me. He’s a credit to Project EV.

I had a very good experience with the technical support provided by Luke.

He was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, taking the time to understand the issue and guide me through the steps until we resolved it.

I was having Issues with my charger not connecting to my wifi. Alex was an absolute star who talked me through everything in easy to understand terms. He worked hard to figure out what was going on and solved the problem for me super quick. It’s reassuring to know, as someone who avoids all things tech, that there’s people like Alex that are only too happy to help.

I previously made a 2* review regarding a bad experience with a technical support call i made a week ago. Today I had a lovely phone call from a guy called John from the support centre who assured me that the issues regarding my previous review had been looked into. I just wanted to write that John is a real asset to project EV & did everything possible to ask if i required any assistance. Very refreshing to receive a courtesy follow up after my 1st experience.

The service from Project EV and especially Alex from customer support was fantastic.He was very knowledgeable and very understanding when it came to solving my issues that occurred with my charging station.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LUKE

I had just purchased a new EV a new experience. There was already a charger fitted by the developer an EQ-Iq 7.3Kwh. Having arrived home it soon became apparent I would require help setting it up. I contacted Project EV and Luke picked up my case. To begin with there were a few issues to overcome,
I was feeling slightly anxious as it was late Friday afternoon, worried I wouldn’t be able to get a charge over the weekend. Luke assured me he would get me sorted by the end of the day. He walked me through it step by step until I was up and running. Couldn’t ask for more. Great product, great service.
