Lewis and Afsar were really helpful when I had a query. They responded quickly, and were polite, friendly and professional. My query was fully resolved. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my Apex charger. I emailed in to Project EV support and came across a lovely person Phil Hawkins. Very friendly, easy to talk to and resolved the issue within 1 email no back and forth. He knew what the issue was and fixed it.

Charger was back up and running in no time. He is an amazing asset to the company. Thank you Phil keep it up.

Was able to speak with someone easily. The agent Samuel Phillips was very helpful and took time to sort out my issues, even called back after the call suddenly cut off which doesn't commonly happen in my experience. Deserves a raise just for that 👏🏾
