Luke was very helpful with the problem that I had. He has passed on the appropriate information, and offered to take me through the whole process. I declined due to lack of time, but will probably ring again for help having looked at the information.

Alex was such a great help. He was patient, and explained everything very carefully and thoroughly. And ensured that the problem I had was fully overcome. He inspired confidence right from the start, and the confidence was justified! A very positive experience.

Charger seems good. Took a while to reach a real person to get tech help when needed - when help finally arrived they were excellent and sorted my connectivity issue for me

Worse app on the market! Go on the App Store and read the reviews, So complicated to connect the charger to wifi.

Once the charger was finally up and running I sent an enquiry asking if my charger is compatible with Intelligent Octopus Go,
took customer service 4 weeks to actually answer my question after back and forth emails with customer service. They just kept sending me a connection guide which I’ve already done and kept dodging the question.
Wish I done my research before having this installed. I will most likely cut my losses and change brand.

Poor customer service.

I have an EV box that came with the new build house we bought. I tried to charge my car from the box. It charged once and never after. I called up project EV and they want me to try my cable elsewhere to check it is not a cable problem (I told them the cable just worked well before but they dont listen). Then they also asked me if I can take my car to another charger and see it charges. Basically they want you to do all the trouble shooting before they can think of sending someone to check. Then they said if at all they send someone, it will be at least after 3 weeks. Can you imagine this for a utility which is under warranty and of regular use to a customer?

Alex sexton who works there is outstanding with his knowledge easily sorted my problem and phoned me at the time he said
His professional approach was perfect and he explained everything with ease
I cannot say enough good words or praise for this guy he is the best person that I ever had the pleasure of working with to sort my charger
